  1. Mike... I love it..! We need more family vehicles of the 60s/70s era for our collections. Very nice work..!
  2. Casey....That is way too cool to see again....I have the car from my dad sold collection but due to storm damage it needs the body and glass sadly. Very cool old box art too...you know these would sell like mad if they put them back out for us all.
  3. Me..I have around 100 stalled ones...just cant find the parts they need or afford them if I do most times. I have some real time pieces of model and family history waiting.
  4. Nice scores there..! I have the curbside 66 Buick Skylark from my dads old collection...wish parts for the old ones were easier to find.
  5. Welcome..! I deal with health issues too...building/restoring them is great therapy for me. Build as you can that is what I do.
  6. Al buddy..sadly no the NASCAR version dose not have many of the parts I need for the one I have that was factory stock....My dad owned a 70 and 71 once..I loved those cars. NASCAR kit only can provide the glass, and maybe the taillights for mine I have one of them its an old original sealed MPC NASCAR kit that was supposed to have the factory stock version but only shows the NASCAR version on the sides of the box.
  7. Very cool...! I am hoping someday i can find a 75 Dodge van so I can make a replica of one I once owned.

  10. One word.....Cool..!
  11. Hi Mark...welcome back the the life. best tip anyone ever gave me on building is.... Treat every part as if it were a model itself and building is no race build at your own pace....I have built some that the bodywork a lone took me over a month working on it every day. Emery boards are a great thing there also known as womens finger nail files...I use them all the time and there cheap...great for smoothing out the edges where the parts come off the trees.
  12. YES...!!! We once owned all three in 1 to 1s years ago Larry....the Can Am was my favorite one of them.
  13. Love it that is so cool..! It turned out very nice.
  14. GOOD GRIEF Bill...THATS AWSOME...!!! here Id be happy with the realistic looking up tops for my convertibles I have. To me the convertibles look much more classy with an up top on them...maybe someday Ill find realistic looking ones for mine..???
