Glad to see you back on the bench, Adam! Great looking project you got going, this will be very interesting, since I'm building one Bonneville Salt Racer, but using '32 Ford as basis. Keep up the good work, I'll be watching this one for sure.

Sorry fellas, no updates yet. I've been sick, and spent yesterday in the bed. Now it's getting better, hopefully I can get back building tomorrow or Friday.
-
Is this kit somekind of Limited edition, as that Tim Flock Hudson. Actually, I can see this one much more interesting, than that NASCAR Hudson, but if it is Limited Edition kit, needs to make an order soon...

! I was looking for that same thing... Sometimes the third hand would be very helpful. Great job on the seat, scratchbuilt seat and it fits so nicely on its place. Truly amazing. -
I found the correct color, it is that green. Finnish Mini forum was right place to find information, that engine is painted with BMC Engine green originally. And yes, I will lock this one, since I know the engine color. Of course it can be opened if needed.

What's correct engine color for Austin Mini. I have this kit from Tamiya: http://www.modelcars.com/model-kit/tamiya-austin-mini-cooper-1275s-mk1.jpg and I'd like to know, is the engine color green, as in many pictures. I'm not building this to myself, but it would be great to have correct color choices, because I'm doing original car, though.

This is hard one. But I say model. Somehow it just looks really nice model more, than real. But let's see of friday, I might be wrong, as usually.

Engine looks very good to me. These builds are great, and they show, how good Pro Tech parts are. Camaro FC is really great subject too, body looks much cooler than many other Funny Car bodies do.

This is great project, I'll be watching it for sure. I've been wanting to build Corvette Drag Car too-and I mean this kind of Corvette. Great job on the cage so far, keep it coming.

Great looking Olds. Great looking Diorama. Nice job overall, very realistic build, nad that dio looks good too-lots of stuff there and really authentic look like in 1:1 garage. Thanks for sharing.

Oh, sorry about the long answer. I had to answer some time ago, but I got some other things to do and I forgot it... So, there's not kit from that Super Stocker, but of course it would be nice to have one. I found good Cowl Hood from eBay, so that could be used. Decals would be aftermarket then, but I haven't seen any decals for those. I haven't been looking for them so much anyway, but needs to start searching from different decal companies for correct decals.

Thanks, Gordon. I've been thinking about taking outside pictures of it, but it's too cold for it. My fingers get frozen if I try taking pics outside now. Needs to wait if weather gets warmer.

That looks like good start. Stance is great, and it could be Gasser what races on today's events, if you're going to give bit modern touch. I'll be watching this build closely, as I've built one '57 Nomad Gasser too.

Wow, those are amazing. I've been looking for those 12 spoke wheels, but actually only model kits, what have them seems to be AMT Double Dragster. I saw one resin set on Modelexpress site too, but shipping is pretty expensive...

Bill... That's truly amazing scratchbuilding, and detailing. Hope you can get engine running soon, looks like it is almost there... What scale it actually is? Can't believe that it's 1/25 scale, looks like bigger. And how is it possible to make those parts to 1/25 scale? Great job with it. We had one California Charger here in Finland years ago. It was Firebird FC, and actually it's still here and runs on Super Comp today, but with different paint scheme and of course it's not burning methanol anymore.

Here's my '78. Built from Revell kit, many years ago. As you hopefully can see from the pictures.
-
Well, only two builds..... They are very nice builds, and I think, it's better to get two really nice builds than 20 terrible builds... Nice job on them. That '57 Chevy just looks "right". GoKart is very interesting build too.

This is cool. I haven't seen much of these Wreckers built, but maybe needs to get one GMC Wrecker from Revell, even if it is simple kit. Nice paint you have, and detailing all over is great. It looks just like real cars do. Thanks for sharing. -

Yeah, little more work for the intake manifold. I had to put some bondo there, and tomorrow I'll be sanding it. Then more paint, and maybe I can start assembling some of the engine components together too... -
Little update. I sanded bondos smooth, and now I painted block blue. I had to paint two coats, before it was looking good enough. Next I'm starting the engine assembly, so let's see tomorrow if there comes new update or not... Here is the engine block ready for painting... After two coats of Blue paint...

Thanks, Ron! I'm not sure, but it might be my best model so far.
-
Turned out great. It's a shame, that these pictures are not the best ones. Anyway, it looks very nice, and paintjob is great. Looks like decals are very nice too. Engine detailing is great. Thanks for sharing this build, WIP was great. Can't wait to see that '66 Nova project, you have going...
-
Thanks, Shane! I'm pretty happy about it too, especially, because this was my largest project so far, I have some larger on the bench, but they are not finished yet.

Great, thanks for entry! You are on the list. And that really is acceptable. That kind of Mustang would be very nice to build. Take your time building it, I'll be watching that as interesting project.
