  1. Been on my list too. I'll be watching.
  2. I built this several years ago. It's a 1987 Ferrari F-40. It has a twin turboed all aluminun 815 cubic inch dry sump block with aluminum Ford Boss style hemi heads by Kasse.
  3. Very nice.
  4. Where are you located?
  5. I use sprue to make fire extinguishers and tachs. It's usually too big for roll cages.
  6. Real racecars. Judging BBQ contests. Website moderator.
  7. What a bunch of whiners. Note the top hat. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G5gtEbnlw2M&feature=player_embedded
  8. Hmmm? Looks great at first glance. Then I wondered what's powering this thing with the Direct Connection decals. And why are the Jessell decals upside down?
  9. That's a big help. Which liquid mask do you use? Isn't that a long tedious process? How much do you get for each car? I didn't see any prices on your website.
  10. Look half-way down reply #43.
  11. This is what I've been waiting for. Thanks. I almost had it figured out when printing black on gold leaf. Never thought to apply the decals first and then paint. The way I did it the blacks don't match very good.
  12. Thanks for noticing, and saying so.
  13. Those are the guys. Thanks.
  14. There isn't any official selling at the NNL, is there? I was referring to the Wauukesha Expo swap meet on Sun as mentioned in reply #14.
  15. Who do I contact about selling at the Expo on Sunday?
  16. Thanks for your opinions guys. I was going to take it to a show this weekend, but I guess I can save the effort.
  17. When you take a part from one kit and add it to another kit, it is referred to as kit bashing. Ie. adding the fins from a Cadillac kit onto a Ford Torino kit. If you make the parts yourself, it is called scratch building. Ie. you take styrene sheet stock and make fins for your Torino.
  18. This started out as a Firefighter kit. That's a drag racing V-8 Mustang II. Since I didn't have a 2300 engine on hand, this became a curb-side model. This build was pretty much about learning how to make decals.
  19. Here is my take on a Mustang II SVO Turbo 2300cc four cylinder short tracker. I cast a RaceMark seat, made a safety harness, extinguisher, dash with gauges, all the decals, and bead rolled interior panels.
