In 1/25, 1mm roughly equals 1 inch in 1:1. Also 1mm = 0.040" (0,03937"). Therefore, a 1/2 inch line = .5mm or 0.20". A fitting that needs a 1 inch wrench would be 1mm or 0.04".
Ford OHC engines are found in any '96 and newer Mustang kit. Chevy OHC engines can be found in '90-'95 ZR1 Corvette and '39 Wagon Rod kits. Old style Chrysler Hemi OHC engines can be found in the '70 Super Bee Pro Street.
There are a lot of variables here.
1. Silicone is not cheap. Just ask your girlfriend. A mold will cost between $50-100 just in materials.
2. How many do you want? One for yourself? Several? Are you planning on selling them? Can the mold maker sell them in exchange for labor?
3. Are you going to pay for the mold and labor? Can the mold maker keep the mold and exclusive rights to it in exchange for materials and labor?

That engine and trans are also in the '39 Wagon Rod kit, but it has different exhaust manifolds. That 4-cam, 32-valve "Chevy" engine was designed by Lotus and manufactured by Outboard Marine.
