  1. That is an awesome set up you have there!! Gregg... are you going to be doing any Medium Shirts??
  2. Nice Progress... Looking good with the chassis
  3. John... Awesome work my friend. You are doing one heck of a job on this. Man is everything looking great!! You are making me proud Blue! I am thinking that we should be seeing some paint on these parts any day now. Were did you get your guage decals from? They look great and you can really read them. I am thinking that you should almost be done with all your fabrication for this. I can't wait until we get to see some paint on this, with your detailing ability and painting skills this build is really going to Pop and Amaze people!! I am already wanting to see your next updates.
  4. Brian... Looking good. That body work turned out great and looks like she is ready to be blocked out and painted. What brand of primer did you use?? Keep up the great work.
  5. Ray... That is pretty Cool and looking great. Nice job!!
  6. Mark... Those Rear hubs are looking great. I can totally relate to you when you have been staring and Designing parts at the computer all day, the last thing you sometimes want to do is sit in front of the computer when you get home. So it is nice when you get relax and work with your hands.
  7. Mark... This is going to be another Beauty of a model. Glad to hear you have been going strong building. Looking forward to seeing this one come together. You are off to a great start.
  8. Clay... Looking awesome Brother!! You always do a killer job on these. I have a couple of these I need to break out and play with myself just for a fun quick build up. I will be looking forward to more. Keep up the killer work.
  9. Tim... I think I need to give up like Clay said.... LOL. Every little bit is machined and looks great. As I said before you keep moving that bar higher and higher. Gorgeous work my friend!!
  10. Dave... Those Linkages are looking great on your carbs. So glad you are happy with how they turned out. The Candy Factory is still working on some new flavors.... . Glad to see you getting some bench time in. Loving that '37, You know I would love a ride in that bad boy. Looking forward to more updates.
  11. Clay... Awesome work on the front end. It is looking killer. You work always blows me away. Top Notch work for sure!!
  12. Joe... you are welcome. If you have more questions feel free to ask. I will do my best to explain as I can.
  13. Brad... I am doing the same thing
  14. Michael... all of the sizes are in inches that I did on the list. I didn't put the equivalent sizes in millimeters and not sure if that is one thing you are wanting. if so you can type "inches to mm" on google and you type the known number in and it will convert it for you. I posted a couple of pics below from the first page which shows the equivalent tubing sizes for the 1:1 size in scale. Exhaust can very from 1-1/2" OD, 2" OD, 2-1/4" OD, 2-1/2" OD and 3" OD". Depending on the scale you are working in you will need use the size that's closest and your preference. For the fuel lines the A/N fittings are sized in 16ths of an inch example the -4, -6, -8...etc.... -4 = 4/16 = .250 so 1/4" ID hose, -6 = 6/16 = .375 so 3/8" ID hose, etc. the top chart was pulled directly from an Earl's catalog showing what the typical hose sizes are used for. Some sizes over lap for different applications for example fuel line and oil line. In the Braided line chart on in the column on the left is the typical sizes that we models can by and I calculated what he equivalent one to one size would be. I show the calculated size and what the equivalent size would be for the scales listed. I can pull the 2 Mil Specs to show the exact Port and Boss to show everyone where the sizes came from. Not sure what else you are looking for. I am hoping I have explained it the best I can and that it makes sense Tubing Sizes: Braided Line: -Descriptions are from an Earls catalog
  15. Paul and BIll... I have had the same thing happen to me in the past where downloading a pic from Phtotobucket it opens up squished. I found that if you open that file up in Photoshop and just save it, Probably will have to do save as... but just use the same file name it fixes it from being squished. Strange but weird. For giggles I just downloaded my funny car album to see how much space they took up on PB (it ended up being 1.4GB) so I am probably going to be moving all of my pictures over to Fotki but I didn't want to have re link all of the pics to the funny car. That would take way too long but the 1.4 GB size will be under the 2.0 GB free account storage space. Not really worried if I lose any pics from Photobucket since I have all of them on my hard drive and on a back up drive. As mentioned before I am on the Plus20 which gives 20 GB, but will down grade my pay account. so hopefully being under the 2 gb limit they won't pull the crapola of not being able to see the pics. Guess in time I will find out. I need to see when my renewal is up with them and have pics moved by then.
  16. Tim.... What I can I say my friend but that Blower is so Gorgeous as well as the whole engine. It is looking incredible and so impressive. I still can't believe everything is 100% machined. I am loving this engine. You are welcome for the 3D printed parts, I was glad they were able to help you with making your pieces. When things are designed from 1:1 dimensions and then scaled down, everything should fit up fine....lol. I think the hardest thing for me is that I still can't believe this is 1/25th scale even though I know it is. Just imagining how much smaller things are compared to my 1/16th scale engine in a sense blows me away. I look forward to you next update and surprise for us. Its not rather a surprise but a treat for us. Thank you for sharing your work with us.
  17. Paul... I am the same way.... I haven't been so happy with them as much as I used to (been with them since 2004) but its where all of my pics are at. I have been considering for some time switching over to Fotki. I think Fotki has a better way to organize the pics in folders. I am currently paying for Photobucket for additional space I think mine is the Plus20 Plan which is 20 gigs and I haven't seen any issues with it as of yet. If photobucket give me the 399.00 price I will be gone from them in a heart beat. I don't mind having to pay a little to use for posting but I would like a reliable site. not one where they have as many issues as Photobucket has in the past few years. I had to get additional storage because of all of the pics I have up of the Army F/C. with all of my photos on PB I am currently using 11.5 GB. I would hate to have to re-link all of the pics of the Army building considering I probably easily have over 1000 pics uploaded. There are 118 pages of photos just on that one...lol. So I am up in the air at the moment about if I should set up an account at Fotki for Projects going forward and paying for the Fotki service, which I am sure I will be much happier with. My question lies with what to do with the funny car pics..... continue where I have left off with photobucket or have to take forever to relink all of the pics., which I something I really don't want to do...lol I am also one that keeps all of my pics on my hard drive and only use Photobucket to be able to share my pics here.
  18. Dang Johnny Boy... What a great update. Everything is looking Spectacular. Soon you will have everything pretty much mocked up and then it looks like its time to start priming and painting. I can't wait until that day. Keep up the Awesome work Brother!!

  21. Tim... Wow... Is there anything you can't do...lol Man what a work of Ar that rear plate and bearing plate is. You are unstoppable. maybe its for the best I haven't gotten any work done on the funny car. I may need to pack it up and start collecting dolls now... . Looking good my friend!! I am really blown away by this.
  22. Nice work John... you keep getting stuff done each day. This is going to be done in no time at all. Keep up the great work!
