  1. The county also goes by voting records when they randomly select people for jury duty.
  2. Looking at the contents of a Revell '40 Ford Convertible kit that I once had, I would say that it looked pretty good kit wise, however I do remember when AMT first released it's '40 Ford Coupe and it was a WINNER and now an old time favorite among many builders.
  3. On the list the Chrysler 300 is listed as a 4-dr. but your photos show it as a 2-dr. I'm assuming that this is a typo?
  4. Your local hobby shop may have an Plastruct rack that I believe has clear tubing and or rod if I recall correctly. Check it out, or go to Plastruct's website.
  5. Thanks for the photos Chad, and I see that you have a Ford F-150 pickup truck also. That Suburban kit would make a great tow/push vehicle for a drag car and trailer. Hmmm? Nah, I already have more than enough to build especially at the rate I'm goin'.
  6. Welcome Terry as this is a great place to be and the Ace is right on about using the Lindberg '64 Dodge chassis.
  7. Enjoying attending cruise night for the last two nights. Lots of nice rides, great people, and good food to boot.
  8. I would go with the thin strip of BMF as oldnslow suggested for heater and radiator hose clips.
  9. Very nice build on that Bonny. I have the '66 Caddy kit from Hasegawa that I hope to start soon.
  10. You can bet that it's in the works.
  11. That's "food for thought," however it seems a little late in the game though.
  12. Very nice job on that Edsel ragtop. In fact I had picked up a mint '60 Edsel conv. kit at Toledo one year, and I wish that I still had it.
  13. I use MCW paints every so often and I really like their lacquers. The paint is PPG lacquer.
  14. I guess that all it takes is money. I know that it doesn't seem fair, however a lot of things are not fair.
  15. I agree that Norm is a great guy as I've done business with him a couple of times in Toledo, and also over the phone. If he has something I could use, I would buy from him in a heartbeat.
  16. Really nice build on that Olds kit Randy as you did it justice. I have one of those kits in my stash, and maybe someday I'll get around to building it also?
  17. Lookin' good Tim, lookin' real good.
  18. I use the 3M tan colored tape and burnish down the edges, especially the edge where I'll be spraying another color. Then I'll shoot a light coat of Clear along the tape edge, so if there was to be any "bleed through" under the tape it would be? You're right, CLEAR. Then I spray my other color, and I have no problems. I hope this helps.
  19. Wow, I haven't seen curb feelers for decades. Yes they were 'bout 10" long and did clamp to the lower sheet metal of the body. They didn't go all the way back to the frame. As far as making some, I would be in the same boat as you and would have to get reference photos (Google) and give it some though on how to construct them.
  20. Nice build on that Coke wagon. When I was much younger RC Cola was my favorite drink, and over the years I prefer Pepsi over Coke, although I will have a Coke once in awhile.
  21. I've used fountain pens in the past, but it has been decades.
  22. Now that I looked at your photos again, I see what the guys are saying about the mold lines and they are right. They gotta go.
