  1. Just the AARP group here. And it is a privilege as many people don't make it to our ages according to the news every day.
  2. I've seen a number of those Optima batteries on 1:1 rides at local car shows and cruise nights.
  3. I have that '37 Willys resin kit, only in the Sedan body. Of course I off my "gasser kick" for awhile.
  4. I've had a Photo bucket account for awhile now and don't have any issues with them at all.
  5. Sounds like you're going through a rough time and trying to do it all on your own. I myself would ask the good Lord for help.
  6. So far I don't have any physical limitations when it comes to model building, however I have been scaling back on added details and kit bashing myself as I would like to increase my production. I build for myself and still enjoy it very much.
  7. I have done business with Speed City Resins before and I'll gladly do business with them in the future. I also know of other builders who like their products and service as well.
  8. I got my Premiere Issue of the new Model Trends in Scale magazine the other day by Bill Coulter and Harry Pristovnik . Although the magazine is done really well with a lot of excellent photos, it is only 69 pages and I guess that I had expected a little more for my money.
  9. Thanks as George Carlin is my fave comedian, and my better half & I just returned from Maui a week ago. And yes we brought back more "stuff" of course.
  10. Was on vacation a couple weeks ago and always read a book or two on the plane. I read Cross Justice by James Patterson and The Scam by Janet Evanovich. Both were good reading. I'm usually too busy to read books at home anymore.
  11. That's great to hear Chief as I have an order for some of your great parts. I guess that I'm not one for big changes and don't really look at 3D printing as part of our hobby like others do. Am I really "stuck in the 60's" or???
  12. Glad you got it together Bill and it's lookin' good.
  13. I already have 4 or 5 boat kits that I need to build, and who knows when. Guess I'll pass on the Coronado.
  14. It was sad to hear the news of Mopar Mike Dowd's passing as he was a good family man, great friend, and excellent model builder as well. I've known him for many years and I know that he will be missed by many including myself. R.I.P.
  15. That's good news and just take it easy.
  16. Modern technology in the medical field has come a long way in the past 50 years. So much that it would make a person's "head spin." While I'm pretty "old school," I'm really amazed by some of the advances in medicine that have been made over the years.
  17. Yes I started to build a replica of Jimmy Addison's Silver Bullet car, but it's on the "back burner" for now. A modeler from the GTR club Rick Hanna built a beautiful replica of this car for the Milwaukee NNL a couple of years ago.
  18. Glad to hear the good news Vince, and I hope you do well with your therapy as that is the "key" to your recovery.
  19. I keep asking my mail-carrier to just deliver checks and magazines, but so far it's not working as I still get bills and junk mail.
  20. I'm not sure, but I would check with Hart's Parts.
  21. Over the last several weeks a few of my pieces of mail that I had sent out never made their destination as the checks haven't been cashed as yet. Never have seemed to have this problem before, and since I use several post offices that I drive-by to drop off the mail, I'm unable to pinpoint the problem.
  22. Very nice build on that Coronet R/T Steve as that came out lookin' really good. I hope to start a Coronet R/T next week myself as I just love dem Mopars!
  23. Very nice build on that Dodge Coronet, as I just love dem Mopars!
  24. You're right Greg as I was at my local Hobby Lobby the other morning and there was no model clearance sale items offered.
