  1. It may not be a Cobra but it is Ford powered!
  2. Hey! It's September 1st! This show will be here before we know it. Looking forward to seeing everyone.
  3. Nice little haul there, Jonathan. HLJ?
  4. I know he has a Facebook site that he sells from.
  5. Wow! Harry! Just read this post. Thoughts and prayers are with you. We need you healthy and strong as who else would herd the cats in this asylum?
  6. Bill, the website is still alive so I guess they are. The Sunoco Trans Am decal is no longer listed though.
  7. Just wondering; should Modelhaus still be on the list? Since they've officially stopped taking orders?
  8. I believe Slixx make (made?) decals for the Sunoco Camaro. Although the yellow is more fluorescent which I believe was correct for that car. MCW also had to paint for it as well.
  9. Sweet little pickup! Nice clean build.
  10. I have no tattoos or piercings. I figure I came into the world with all the holes and markings I needed. I have a dumb phone for work and a dumb flip phone for my own use. I turn the flip phone on about once a month for my trip to the club meeting in Toronto. That's if I remember to turn it on. Then chances are I'll forget to turn it off and the next time I go to use it, it's dead. If I had a choice between the cell phone and the land line I would gladly give up the cell phone. I have a very limited presence on Facebook mainly for my club's page. I'm not a Twit. I have a definite YouTube presence. Which confounds people that I put myself out there but not on any other type of social media. I don't know, I can't explain it myself. Excuse me, I went to Toronto yesterday for a club meeting and I just remembered I forgot to turn my phone off when I got home......
  11. Looking forward to making a trip south to attend this show. Hope to meet a number of people I've met through YouTube as well as other on line model car building forums.
  12. So sorry to hear of Paul's passing. Condolences and prayers to his family and friends.
  13. His resin bodies are excellent. I have a couple and I am impressed with them. And I want to get more wagons as well as the VW kits from him. I look forward to future developments as well.
  14. Yes, Mike, Best Model Car Parts resin kits are top notch. I have the Oldsmobile wagon kit and it's a beaut.
  15. Maybe Revell will give me the 30 Ford pick up I keep hoping for based on the 29/30 tooling? Steve, the Matador seems like a good guess to me.
  16. It might be a bit late if you've left already but I can't guarantee they have any left. Best to phone first. I know mine was the only one Hornet got in.
  17. Chris, Wheels and Wings as well as Hornet Hobbies in Toronto have both had the coupe in. Wheels and Wings got theirs last week and Hornet got one for me this week.
  18. Received issue 201 today. Great issue. A little bit of something for everyone.
  19. Very sharp build of a sports race car.
  20. Look forward to seeing this article. I have my paint manual from the Model A club so I sometimes use that to judge period colours. I look forward to your take on colour choices. Your articles are always well informed.
  21. Ummm.... 57 Ford? 57 Chevy? 57 Olds? 57 Studebaker? 57 Nash?
  22. Not yet although it usually gets up here a little later than the lower 48. I'm hoping it gets here before our postal service goes on strike. But that could happen as early as Monday so I'm not holding my breath.
  23. As I've stated elsewhere my Belvedere body is quite warped. I e-mailed them and even offered to pay for postage as they would have to ship it here to Canada. The response was build the model and if the body is still warped then we'll consider your offer of paying for postage. Not impressed.
  24. Cool mainstream Monza! Nice clean build.
