  1. Do to my worsening eyesight it is time to let them go. Because we are not allowed to sell here, I'm here to tell anyone who want to know that I'll be selling my collection over the next months on Ebay. They will be sold under the user name of biggbadddogg. It has been a lifelong hobby and I will miss it very much. Good luck if you chose to buy and I thank all of you for your ideas that I have used over the years and have help my builds very much. Gary

  5. The first wagon I can remember is the 1959 Desoto that my dad had. It was tu-tone green. I personnal owned a 1981 Chevy Malibu and a 1982 Cutlas Cieara.
  6. Mine is about 200. they range in scale from 1/8th to 1/24-25th. Oldest bought about 40 years and the newest about six months. Everything from big rigs to classics to drag. In the beginning process of getting ris of anything under 1/16th due to vision issues. After that I should be down to about 40.
  7. I know it's not that exciting as everything here, but I managed to get the work bench clear of all non-modeling "stuff". I can actually see the surface and the 2 or 3 stalled project in behind the everything that was there. Quite proud of myself. How long it stays this way is another thing.
  8. Got mine from the buried in snowbank mailbox today.
  9. That seat would scare the BLAH_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH out of the kids. You would not have to swing your arm wildly, Just turn around and give the look.
  10. While the newer models are nice, but IMHO they look like 5-door hatchbacks. "My" definition of a wagon is something large and in your face. I feel anything from the late 50's to early 80's fits the bill. It has to be a mid-line car maker. Pinto and Vega are cute but not for the family of five to seven people. My personal favorite for many years was the 1964 Ford Galaxie 500. Not the ranch wagon, the faux wood panels turn me off. Also the same year Chevrolet Impala. But a few years ago they were trumped down the list by 1957 Buick. Everyone has a personal favorite and those are mine.
  11. there is someone out there that knows Lincolns came other colors than black. That will stand out on the table.
