  11. Great looking paint job. I would love to have one of these in my Garage right now. The first car I remember my parents owning was a 1951 Hudson. keep moving forward on the build. looking good so far.
  12. There was a lot of these built when they first came out but so many now. nice to see one again. the green and ivory two tone will look very cool and very 1950's. Always love the look of these and other cars from the 50's. The stodgy cars we say our grandparents drove. will watch as you go. Gary
  13. I'm amazed that people driving today can zipper merge. Coming home tonight It took one hour to travel 10 miles because people become type A's when they get behind the wheel. no matter about other drivers on the road as long as they first in the line. I know I have mentioned this before but this really gets me. You Mr. or Mrs. Self important you are not the only one out here. We all want to get home in one piece and with no damage to our cars.
  14. Awesome build. One question. Is the business end coupled to a car rearend then out to a quick change then to the shafts? Taht is some major back yard engineering!

    69 Imperial

The colors on both are jaw dropping. Nice to see something other than black or white. There is nothing wrong with those colors but the co[ors really say "Look at me".
  16. I remember an article years ago saying that the wide whites on the cars was not accurate. Also the chrome wires are a restorers add to. Pictures from back in the day always showed black walls and black wires or body color.
  17. This kit and the other Mercedes plus the Cadillacs from Jo-han are the top of the retirement list. I did them as a teen and want another go. After about 50 years of modeling they should turn out better.
  18. Great look. love the color. now if someone will do the ute version then we would have both concepts for the Mustang.
  19. The less than intelligent drivers(can't call them morons because it will hurt their feelings) who think it's ok to merge onto the freeway at 40 mph instead of 70. Makes me want to slap them in the back of head. Gary
  20. you got the overall length. 14 feet long.
  21. Can you do a 22.5" wheel and tire for the 1/16th Pete's and Kenworth's? I have a project in mind and I don't like the 24" lp's.
  22. My wife learned how to drive in one of these. Can you imagine a 16 year old standing 5'-4" trying to look out over that hood? She wishes she had that car now. Me too.
  23. Man, that is just plain cool.
  24. I've been looking at this for my next Lego project. Have to finish the "Falcon" first. Maybe in a few weeks. The Vespa looks so cool.
