  1. Also if you are doing a large number of kit reviews the intent is to show what's in the kit. And it's ultimately your choice when you build, how you build, and what you build. What are you happy with.

  17. At this point AI is more of a marketing gimmick. The system that Google is using just using a dataset to train. As you said Watson was a lot more sophisticated however even it had limitations. Technically what Google is doing is called machine learning. Watson was more AI.
  18. Not a surprise. The AI is training using data from the internet.
  19. First off I've never been impressed with Microsoft as there code is a disiaster waiting to happen. It's a house of cards on a shaky card table. And speaking of Microsoft I also see Microsoft did a mandatory update and it was also causing issues. It can only get worse!!!
  20. Scary stuff. My niece lives in Chico and is only 2 miles from the fire fortunately the fire did not travel in her direction. Hopefully there are no fatalities. All this destruction caused by one idiot.
  21. I agree Dave. Any issue with critical code like this can be disastrous. However an interesting point was that there were companies that were not directly affected by the issues but had other vendors who were with the end result being that were affected.
  22. Interesting article. https://www.msnbc.com/opinion/msnbc-opinion/crowdstrike-outage-safety-update-rcna163127
  23. I rarely answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. If it's important they will leave a message. As said the sad thing there are people who get taken by these scams all the time.
  24. It's a scam that's been around for a while.
