  1. Cool project. Great back story.
  2. Nicely done.
  3. Nicely done. Great idea using brass wire for the rigging.
  4. Interesting I was aware of ute's but never heard of slopers.
  5. Nice collection. Like the mix of factory stock and street rods. Very nice work on the conversions.
  6. Don't see a problem. I see a nice collection of kits. Its a problem when you have more kits than you can build in multiple lifetimes.
  7. Good job. You had to overcome how rough it was and then dropping it. For most either would have been a show stopper. An interesting phantom body style.
  8. Well done. Great concept. Nice work modifying the body. The graphics and paint came out great.
  9. Nice work. Sharp looking model.
  10. That true but there's no reason to make easy for them. I remember reading a whIle back that the state of Ohio had there voter database open to the public. With that info and all the fb info that were able to gather a lot of personal info. Its unnerving how much personal info people give out with little thought.
  11. Looks like a cool project. Know that you will do an outstanding job. I vote for a street rod version.
  12. Not an issue for me. Never had and never will have a Facebook or other social media account.
  13. Bill thanks for sharing an informative video.
  14. Check the Alston website. Lots of chassis plans. https://www.cachassisworks.com/c-236-chassis-kits.aspx
  15. N8icely done. Great paint. Looks great with the roof.
  16. Take a look at the Alston site. https://www.cachassisworks.com/c-112-truck-chassis-kits.aspx
  17. It looks like you rechopped the cab to give it a wedge cut. Nice work on modifying the headers.
  18. I agree. Cleaned up to enhance whats there. Subtle. My guess is they went for a car that had a solid body but weren't worried about the engine or interior. Definitely would be a fun car to own.
  19. Don't have an issue with the updates. In fact I think the modified version looks cleaner.
  20. up·grade verb ˈəpˌɡrād,ˌəpˈɡrād/ 1. raise (something) to a higher standard, in particular improve (equipment or machinery) by adding or replacing components. "the cost of upgrading each workstation is around $300" synonyms: improve, modernize, update, bring up to date, make better, ameliorate, reform; More noun ˈəpˌɡrād/ 1. an act of upgrading something. In a perfect world this is the case. Unfortunately in the real world it is seldom the case. Particularly in the case of software.
  21. Nice work on the tub. Nice trio of models. Its unfortunate that Monogram didn't do these as kits.
  22. Yup. Took my sisters old vista computer and installed Ubuntu linux on it. Works better than it ever did with Micro$oft.
  23. That's nothing. A couple years ago my brother-in-law got bite by a rattle snake. Three days in hospital and also had to have anti venom.. The bill was $250,000. Between what she paid and the insurance company was $10,000 total( not a typo). $240,000 tax write off for hospital. If we peons did that the IRS would get us for tax fraud.
