  1. Great info. Some interesting opportunities are presented. Thanks for the info Ace.
  2. Cool. Great progress. Glad to see its being painted. Stunning scratchbuilding.
  3. Regular Guy. More 32 Phaetons. Why? Just looked at ebay and there are plenty available! If you're going to request reissues do some research to see if its readily available already. No on clear plastic. For one it brittle. Second its difficult to fix the ejection pin marks so the body to work sanding and polishing is hard to do on the inside. Don't request kits that are long gone. The Xr6(not 8) is long gone. If you are going to make requests then get your facts straight. Stop creating threads on subjects that you've done before especially when you've been given answers. Really time for this thread to be locked.
  4. Tim it was a two part article --July and August 1989. Front axle was from Monogram 1937 Ford.

  8. I like the 34 version. Does the grill match with the cowl on the 32? If so I'd leave it along. Like the idea you can switch between the two bodies.
  9. Glad to see you back on this. How much cleanup will the bike need for painting?
  10. Was at my local Micheals and they no longer carry models. They've had slim pickings for quite a while.

  16. The outlaw has the caddy engine and also a modified a frame. I think that between the tweedy pie and outlaw you would have a good start.
  17. Nice job. Gorgeous paint. Superclean work.
  18. Codi not surprised that you needed an etching primer for the brass. Looking forward to seeing the chassis painted. Keep up the great woek.
  19. Every one needs to decide what they want from the hobby. Funny thing is if you relax you will find that your m8deling will improve. One you will get more done, and with repetition your skills will improve.
