  8. When you are doing a project of this magnitude it takes a lot of time. There are always problems to resolve and some take a bunch of tome to get the right solution. Keep up the good work you've shown pictures of what you want to accomplish and its is going to be a masterpiece.
  9. Art thanks for the great information. Considering all its impressive what we get for the price. I think that part of the problem is the misconception that becuase a lot of the work done know is its going to be more accurate but that is a fallacy its just another tool. I'm sure when things are 3d scanned there will be another set of issues. Every system has its own unique shortcomings.

  14. Its whatever works for you. All of our build styles vary and so does subject matter. Its however you derive pleasure from your hobby. The only person who knows what is right for you is you. i had one model inpired by a Rod And Custom article in the 70s. It took me 30 years to get the skills and for the right materials to get it finished. Other times Ive built a model in 3 days. Ive have enjoyed building both. Just different sides of the coin.
  15. Shaping up nicely. Keep up the good work.
  16. Nice work, Well done. Great paint,

  19. Bill that was a good guess. Me I knew it was was early 1900s and I worked from there to refine my search.
  20. Harry the quickbuild Is to get back to the original mindset when we were kids. For some it helps. For some taking a break works. Its whatever works for you.
  21. At walmart the other day and see that there us a roadkill magazine. Took a look and really wasn't impressed. And for 9.99 they need to impress. Lijed overkill better.
