  1. Simply gorgeous. Nice in every way.
  2. I’m not a big corvette fan, but I do appreciate them. This build is one of the nicest builds of a corvette I’ve seen. Everything from the finish, to the details of the interior, to the darkening of the panel lines, and around the headlights, etc, really sets this build off.
  3. Looking real good. I love the old super stocks.
  4. My small collection. Don’t mind the grungy chair, it’s being replaced in a week..
  5. Definitely good stuff. The “aluminum” and “steel” colors are really nice to apply also. Great for fuel tanks, transmissions, etc.
  6. I’ve bought a bunch of them off eBay. The are pretty inexpensive if you buy a bunch from one seller, and get a deal on the shipping.
  7. One point I forgot.... shake the bottles well. When you think it’s good enough, shake it some more. That’s pretty much it. I love these paints. Most of my Tamiya bottles I can’t even get the lids off of anymore from lack of use.
  8. Thanks. It was brushed on over the blue paint that the car was painted. I never tried it on bare plastic. I’m sure primer or paint would be better than bare plastic. I never mixed water with ANY of the “air” paints. If you use the regular Vallejo paints, a mix of 50/50 makes it too thin IMO. You’d really have to experiment to your liking. That’s why I use the Air paints exclusively.
  9. I’ve switched to Vallejo paints and I don’t even look at the Tamiya acrylics anymore, for brushing. I have both the “air” and their regular acrylics. The air is a time saver, as you won’t have to mix it with any water, as you would with their thicker non air bottles. The Vallejo Air Black is a perfect semi gloss, right out of the bottle. The under hood of this Ford is brush painted with it. No brush strokes whatsoever. Might need to do a second coat, but it also cleans up with water if you make a mistake.
  10. Nice build. I have this kit for parts, but I think I’m going to just build it after seeing the great job you did.
  11. Slowly moving along on the Galaxie. Decided to scratch build a starter solenoid. I must admit that it was pretty challenging. Especially for someone who’s old and can’t see. After the shocks I can get the wheels on and it will have a rolling chassis.
  12. Big Fords always have my attention. I sure wish my dad sold me some of his Fords for that kind of deal. Cant wait to see more.
  13. Beautiful build Marcos. Those colors really pop. I saw some of this on your channel. I built this truck BEFORE Joseph had the correct parts out. I had to buy resin springs, and wheels and tires from suppliers. I have another one in my stash, and I will be ordering Joseph’s stuff this time around.
  14. Great looking Willys.
  15. The car looks fantastic. One thing that sticks out though, are the rear wheels being too far inward. I have the 68 and 69 Pro Street GTX kits, and am adding spacers to the ends of the wheel backs, to get the rear wheels out near the fender lip more. Just my two cents. Not knocking your build in anyway. I’ve seen a few pro street cars, and I always think someone messed up the math when they narrowed the rear. As far as the hood, there is something pretty cool about a mean looking pro street car with flat hood, that leads to the imagination of to what lurks underneath.
  16. What you sent for an email address isn’t even in the correct format. I even tried to convert it to a “ @aol.com” to no avail. Maybe try to PM me on the forum another time?
  17. I tried that address, and I also added the @ and the period in place of dot.
  18. Hey Snake, I found two front wheels like these in my stash. If you PM your address, I can send you them. At least you’ll have the two fronts.
  19. I’m have a build of this car on the bench. Got it all primed, and the Lindberg chassis figured out, but undecided what to do over that interior. I’m probably just gonna correct the dash, add the vent to it, and the round trim that surrounds the drivers gauges, and call it done.
  20. Haha.. no way. Gonna build a nice street and strip 63 Dodge, with a potent max wedge. One of my favorite cars.
  21. Just scored this little gem. I finally got this car, and I have been looking for it for some time now. Rare, and valuable, but I can’t wait to tear into this kit. Gonna build it to resemble the car in the pic.
  22. Ahhh a roadster. Sound like a pretty cool idea. I really gotta get away from 60 era S/S cars, and muscle cars, and do something different like this.
  23. What you planning on building, Snake?
  24. That’s what I was thinking.
  25. I couldn’t agree more. Have fun with it. It’s yours.
