  1. Nice job on a tough kit to make "look right".
  2. AWESOME!
  3. I like your direction...but, I would have to have used a Pontiac "mill"...
  4. BONDO glaze. Hands down. You may have to apply/sand several times, but you don't grind the plastic down.
  5. A kit you weren't planning on building....but had the "Good stuff" for another build?
  6. Nice look! I have 3 off these kits...but, I have "robbed" parts off of all of them for other builds....
  7. Looking good! I had a 1/1 '71 GS. It was a nice ride. Had to change it to an electronic ignition, because the rain came through the hood scoops, directly over the distributer. I always said, that if this car had been kitted in 1/25 scale....Monagram would have sold a million more.
  8. You nailed it....
  9. Alabama...huh? That's Me....Sheffield...like ...England. North West...Alabama...
  10. Beautiful...
  11. Can't say I'm working on anything. Was in the process of moving to a new home when this went down. Kits packed. Supplies packed. Paints packed. Tools packed. STILL packed. So now? There will be no modeling for me...until I can set my "factory" back up. But! I'm spending some "real time"... "detailing" some 1/1 stuff.....
  12. Your results are excellent! I have faced this before. However, this is labor "intensive". With Molotow chrome pens...in 3 sizes...you can obtain the same results, much faster. If you have a steady hand, you can outline. If not, you can quickly mask around with Tamiya tape, trim, then make a good swipe with a Molotok. I still use BMF, for long runs of chrome...but the Molotow has made modelling easier.
  13. Excellent!!!
  14. Nice! But I thought all Pinto's exploded and burned?
  15. Hemmings does not publish undocumented information.
  16. Just Fords?
  17. Very nice build of one of my favorites. However, the mags should be switched from front to back. The center "bumps" are for the spindle/bearing on the front, while the "flat"s are for the rear.
  18. You nailed it.....
  19. Maybe AMT '55 Nomad "bed/ roof / tailgate parts"...with latest AMT '57 Bel Air......?

  21. You, Sir....are a Master...
