Yup, totally. I love that big space-filling motor. Really grounds the whole piece. The paint, of course, is a given. 10's my friend.

That's pretty much how I remember them. That's why, in the 80's I never wanted to own one because I never saw one that wasn't totally beat on. Nice work.

If it's to be a Cannonball racer there will almost certainly have be some modifications to a stock street car, unless your choice is already a street legal performance car.

Okay scofflaws, the poll is up. There are still one or two finishers who didn't get their entries posted. I contacted them a few days ago, but this is where it stands. Because the entry numbers are within the parameters of the MCM polling feature, we don't have to go outside our "neighborhood" to vote, like we did last year. I owe Gregg a big apology for jumping to a wrong conclusion about my expiration issue which is 212, not 206. I misread the label about which issue we're on and was unnecessarily concerned. Big apology, that one's on me.

There are still some finished builds that have not been added to the Cannonball Finished Builds thread and it's where voters will be sent to view the entries. Please don't forget to do that. It is essentially the race's starting line, we wouldn't want anyone left out.

Yup, got mine today. Looks really good. Says "last issue" on the wrapping, though I personally handed over $40 to Gregg and Jairus at GSL 2017 for a two year subscription. I certainly doubt two years is measured in time and not issues, right? I mean, a subscription is not one issue a year, right?
