Hi Folks, To Lioyd, Elyashiv, Tom, Mike C. , Phil, Bruce, Jim and Steve a big thank you for taking the time to comment to you all !!! Richard, Thank you and you do realize that you can't rust the wood parts on the 'Woody" right JC, Thank you I received my first order From HRM and Harold's stuff is great!! Hi Tim, I feel the same about your's my friend! Thanks for that pick me up Pete Wish I could have been there. Ed, You will not be disappointed. Hey Joe, Appreciate it ! Brian, That is on the short list ! Chris, Time is ticking and Danno put up the first post already ! John, Weller 40 watt variable soldering iron, mostly 'Novak Silver Solder' and 'Tix' flux. Dave, Look forward to seeing you in April. Curt, Thank you for that and I always look forward to seeing your builds! See you at DSC. Art, Thank you buddy now get back to work ! Mike De, As a one time Triumph owner like you, I always wished I had Webers instead of the Strombergs on my GT6+ ! The ' Carb ' saga continues.... The HRM carbs that I ordered look awesome but I will use those on another project. I really want the Webers to be the focal point when the rear clip is lifted on this car. Kind of like this .... What follows is my attempt at a Weber IDA 48 carb. Nickel silver and brass sheet stock and tubing used on these. Reference pics, Forum member Bill E. (Ace-Garageguy) thoughtfully provided a measured drawing in another thread about these carbs, Thanks Bill ! More following........ -

Hi Folks, Hope everyone had some merry holidays!!! Hi Bernard, WOW, the Conti family has built some awesome Ferrari models !!! Thank you for the links. The only one of the three that I was aware of is Sir Wingrove. Thank you Mark Tim , Thank you my friend ! Finally getting around to posting an update Hi Shaun, Funny you should mention that car, I only have about a dozen plastic car kits in my stash and that is one of them!! Progress to report... A arms and shocks are next..... Reference pic.... Straightened some 14 gauge solid Nickel Silver wire and filed some flats on it for the A arms. Pieces and parts for one side. Using threaded rod and nuts from ' T2M' and working shocks from ' RB Motion' Also the rather crude beginnings of the spindles. Making up the lower A arm supporting structure.... I get a bit less than a 1/4 inch of travel... Thanks for looking in !! Randy

Hi Tim, Thank you and I wish there were more reference available for this car. Thanks James Bruce, Thank you sir ! Hi Wesley, I can't wait to see the paint on your build Progress.... Test fit of the air intake casting to make sure everything still fits! I think this is the third time I've redone this part.... A reference pic of the fire system.... Replacing the kit part with a white metal piece from the railroad detail parts stash then building up the piping. Using the kit decals... Added some more small bits for the wiring, more to do. Thanks for looking in! Randy
