  1. Police in St. Louis, not so friendly, 21 tickets in one year, 17 of which were moving violations, others were for improper equipment and loud exhaust......had a good, well connected attorney. Yes I was stupid! Much wiser today.
  2. This has become a stalled project, I'd really like to finish. Started years ago as a gift for someone,( I Hate building for other people) as usual everything went wrong. 3 failed paint jobs and when I finally got a good paint finish I was informed it was the wrong color!!! Even though it was the color they gave me to paint it with. Anyway I digress...... Lindbergh 53 ford kit, filled body side moldings, opened rear wheel wells, parts box wheels and tires, Revell parts pack big block ford motor. Painted Model Master Phoenician Yellow, Johan Tinker's Toy decal with the s removed. Parts box hood scoop. Open to ideas on completion, need to make headers ect.....comments welcome...needed.
  3. Rear axle installed. not real sure about the axle shackels, may redo. BMF on bodies.Front suspension installed on white Camaro.posed the wheels. Im happy with stance Eddies camaro didnt use air shocks and didnt have the 70s jacked up stance. Slow progress is better than no progress.
  4. Looks great...... Where's the info? Resin body? Kit bash? Which kits? In progress photos? Don't leave us hanging. LOL.... I really like this build, And am very curious on what you did.
  5. I guess I've always treated the Revell kits as 1/24th, and have just reworked the bodies and used the slicks from the later Monogram style kits, on my Gordie Bonin monza I shortened the rear wheel openings and used large slicks. I was happy with results but is was a lot of work.
  6. Why MPC body? Scale or accuracy?
  7. This ones been on my to-do list for years, yours looks great. My guess on the silvering is the metallic in the gold, a clear coat, then the decals may have kept this from happening.
  8. Very nice Chuck, you going to sell sets?
