The part about the wiper motor, was this due to a kit flaw or maybe the paint? Just want your opinion. As far as the BMF, I give up. I spent an entire morning on mine and gave in to silver paint once again. I just can't seem to work out my battle with BMF. Your's is looking good so far.

This would become a weathered project for me with the paint issue. Nice job anyway on what would be a mission impossible attempt for me. It's been fun watching.

The only thing I see that was missing from my '80s release is the strait axle. However, it did have a tonneau cover for the passenger seat which I do not see here.
