  1. This might help some: http://public.fotki.com/modeltrucks25thscale/truck_brochures/marmon/marmon_coe_and_conv_1981/
  2. Very nice looking LNT. Great fleet truck.
  3. Since this thread hasn't been updated since 2013, I doubt we'll see thins one finished.
  4. That's the word on the street, anyway: http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/topic/131707-125-amt-wilson-livestock-trailer/
  5. No, not a ship. Two of the more famous whaling ships of the era are the Charles W. Morgan (currently at Mystic Seaport in Connecticut), and the Essex (sunk by a whale in 1820). The Essex was the inspiration for Moby-Dick.
  6. What? A Nantucket Sleigh Ride? It's what happens when you harpoon a whale & it tows you around the ocean! It's called that because most of the whalers from New England were from Nantucket.
  7. Thanks, Brian. Sleeping compartment in the trailer? No thanks!
  8. Kind of surprised that Round2 didn't Coca-Cola this one too.
  9. Interesting build. I like it. I saw somewhere (YouTube, probably) that the Tennessee Highway Patrol has a Peterbilt similar to this, but they use it to bust car drivers talking or texting while driving.
  10. Yes, Jacobus, I remember that front & I think I remember where you got it from; but I'm not on Facebook (and really don't want to be).
  11. I'd like to see that article if you can find it. I hadn't really considered the IMC/Testors/Lindberg van trailer, but I guess that would work, wouldn't it.
  12. Well done. Is that Forest Gump on the rear deck? Where's LT Dan?
  13. That looks great. Now you're really ready for your Nantucket Sleigh Ride!
  14. Nice turquoise. I like it. It is turquoise, isn't it?
  15. Nice job on the Doodle Bug. I suppose that historically speaking, this is the first cruise missile. Not terrible accurate (especially by today's standards), but a cruise missile none the less.
  16. This is coming along nicely. You're almost ready for a Nantucket Sleigh Ride!
  17. That came out really nice. Very well done.
  18. Fantastic details so far. Very nice!
  19. Didn't expect purple when I saw "Harley" in the title. Well done. I like your details & plates, too.
  20. Guess it would have been helpful if I posted the link in the original post: http://www.resinrealm.net/Star/STAR Models/index.html Well, better late than never. Here's the link for the 1950 Phone Co. Truck Box: http://www.resinrealm.net/Star/STAR Models/50_Phone_Co__Trk_Box.html
