  1. Mark, that does help, thanks. Hopefully an Internet search will bring up some photos.
  2. Hard to say. Looks like the only engines available from the factory for the 1969-1970 model year for the L700 were Dodge gasoline engines: http://www.olddodges.com/index1.htm Knowing the Tommy Ivo truck, it's highly modified.
  3. Wow! That looks fantastic! Great weathering on the frame.
  4. Interesting. Do you have any WIP photos? Did you have to cut the roof off?
  5. Mark, how difficult was it to re-rib the van roof? I have the Rescue Van issue of this kit. At least, I think it's the same kit.
  6. Looking really nice, Brian. You're giving me some good ideas for when (if) I ever build mine.
  7. Thanks, Charles. 60km/h (37mph) doesn't seem very fast for a highway.
  8. Looks awesome, Charles. Fantastic weathering job. What do the numbers (90, 80, 60) on the rear of the cab signify? I've seen these on European trucks, and I've always wondered.
  9. Interesting. How are you planning on stepping the masts?
  10. That looks fantastic, Charlie. Extremely well done.
  11. Yes, the darker red looks much better. This is a huge kit! Lots of details. Looking really nice.
  12. Pretty neat. Harriet Lane didn't have a bridge between the paddles?
  13. Ah, right, sweet tea! You are South of the Mason-Dixon line.
  14. Nicely done. What scale are these?
  15. I was unaware that Autocar had white engines. I've used Tamiya Deck Tan XF-55 for Cummins Beige. It's pretty close.
  16. Less coffee? How are you riding out Hurricane Florence?
  17. Really nice job on the hulls. Try here for other decals & P/E parts: https://starshipmodeler.biz/shop/index.cfm/category/51/trek-decals.html
  18. From the year, and if the brochure is for a W900, I'd say it's for the wide nose.
  19. Chrome seats?
  20. I don't believe that it had a different model number like the W900L of today. This is similar to the W900/T900 the Revell of Germany makes; just a different year.
