  1. Here is my 1980 Kenworth W900. It started out as the Revell Snap Kenworth with KFS P/E exhaust, a Cummins Big Cam III instead of the Caterpillar 3406, a fifth wheel release handle, roof wing, 1980 Florida apportioned license plate, and Alcoa wheel decals. Here is my 1987 1/32 Revell Kenworth T600A. Box stock.
  2. Thanks, guys, I appreciate the comments. The orange & white GMC was painted by a friend of mine for me. I can't paint that well! I was going for the factory fresh look for an O/O. It has steerable front axle; fifth wheel release handle; 1976 New York license plate;, custom GMC mud flaps; KFS P/E stacks; aluminum horns; steel deck screen; and the rear suspension, 1/4 fenders, & wheels from the AMT GMC General. The Chevrolet is basically box-stock but I did use the horns from the Revell snap KW (or was it the Peterbilt?), door decals are from the AMT International 4300, fifth wheel release handle, mudflap decals from JBot, and a second exhaust stack from the GMC Astro.
  3. Awesome job, Sean.
  4. Here's my 1976 GMC Astro/95 that I finished back in February 2010: And my 1976 Chevrolet Titan/90 that I finished in April 2012: And together: Kieth, GMC & Chevrolet had the engines in their trucks painted OEM colors as far as I can tell.
  5. That's cool! Sort of "BJ & the Bear"-ish. I like it.
  6. Nicely done! Those snap kits really do build up nice.
  7. If those are the 2016 releases & not just all of the trucks they've produced; then I see some Euro trucks in my future.
  8. Very nice job on the LoneStar. Well done.
  9. Nice looking Transtar (both of them), and a nice tribute.
  10. They do take up less room! And you can probably use 1/35 military parts as well. There's a ton of that stuff!
  11. It really looks awesome! How did you do the bug shield? One thing you might consider (although it might be too late for this build) is to put the marker lights where they belong on top of the headlight bucket instead of on that post. Just a thought.
  12. Barbecue ostrich? Oh, yum, yum! Have you got any?
  13. Very nice, Sean. Definitely 70s looking.
  14. Welcome back, Dave.
  15. Nicely done. How does this compare (size wise) to the Panzer VI? If I remember right, the Sherman & the Panzer VI were pretty comparable.
  16. Nice! Pricey, but nice. http://www.shapeways.com/designer/lucky7pro
  17. Enjoy the kit. Actually, you can change the title by editing the original post.
  18. Where? Do you have a link?
  19. No problem. Here's to hoping that there will be more 1/32 releases in the future. Maybe even some trailer wheels & tires for the tank trailer in the R600 kit. Would some 2, 5, & 10 hole wheels be asking for too much?
  20. I was looking around the AITM Website, and I saw that Dave has a new 1/32 Mack R700 conversion for the Revell Mack R600 snap kit. Prices are shown here: http://www.aitruckmodels.com/pages/hc32mackr700.html All of the parts are ordered separately. Here's a completed one: Maybe Dave will consider making more 1/32 parts for the other Revell 1/32 snap kits. Especially wheels & tires!
  21. That looks great!
  22. Never saw the show, but excellent job on the tractor.
  23. I only have the reissue & the Esci kits in the stash (I do have an original box, though). The wording on the original issue of the Aerodyne is "Detailed 8V-92T engine" This should also be the engine in the GMC General & Chevrolet Bison (but it isn't) as thew 8V-92N was never offered by GMC or Chevrolet in the General or the Bison. On;y the 8V-92T.
