  1. That looks fantastic. I especially like how the stripe blends in. The interior is good too. Nice job!
  2. Be a little careful with that, Snake. It is possible to polish right thru the BMF, said the voice of experience.
  3. That came out great! Awesome detail, and I love that hood.
  4. The result of that statistic is it's hard to find a new vehicle with a stick. I managed to find a 2013 Focus with a manual, but my 2015 F-250 4x4 is automatic only. Ford doesn't even make a manual for that truck! I'm pretty sure that's true for the F-350 as well.
  5. Cool! I like the soft top.
  6. That's cool! Are you going to be selling these?
  7. That came out amazing! Great concept and flawless execution.
  8. These wheels were in an open started flea market kit. The original builder painted the centers with lime green craft paint, to match the body. Fortunately, lacquer thinner took off the paint without hurting the chrome. I wouldn't mind having a few more sets myself.
  9. Thanks, Ray. That's good to know.
  10. I bet that was a challenging paint job. Looks great!
  11. Thanks, Brett! I think the wheels are from the AMT 1960 Ford Starliner Custom. They are not in the '60 Starliner stock kit. I have used those Revell wheels, and I think they are just as good or better. I think both brands have smooth spokes, the center caps are different. HTH.
  12. I agree, the MEK is fine most of the time. I'm using Plastruct Plastic Weld, and I like it. I think the MC-based stuff is not only faster, but also stronger. It melts the plastic more, and makes more of a "weld". I'm hoarding my last 1/2 bottle of Ambroid for when I need strong, or if I have to glue acrylic.
  13. Thanks, Sonny!
  14. Fantastic work. It all looks great. A hemi powered AWD Nomad is as cool as it gets!
  15. Thanks, Preston!
  16. Nice job! I really like the paint, wheels, and stance.
  17. That's cool! I mean, cold! Nice job.
  18. Thanks Chris! Thanks, Curt!
  19. Thanks, Snake! Thanks, Ron! Thanks, Gene!
  20. Thanks, Brian!

  22. I like what you're doing here, and it looks like you're making good progress. I hope you'll keep plugging away at it.

  24. Thanks, JD.
  25. Thanks, Jim. You will like this kit, Revell did a good job on it.
