  1. In the real world that we live in, this is the correct answer right here, Round 2 is paying Coke
  2. Yes, more than likely, it should fit on most of the long bed truck kits, but you never know, model kits from one company to the next can vary , so, is this a silly thread and not really needed?, probably , but I was bored and already had the photo's took to post elsewhere, so why not!
  3. Shipping rates are all over the place, I just sold a Utility bedless Ford kit and it was cheaper by $2 to go Priority Region A Flat Rate Box then it was to use my own box. Ive heard from another fellow modeler that sells a lot, that you can get away with using the Region A boxes all the time, so take that for whats it worth. It sucks selling the kits that I am into( none US kits) as its a pain in the rear trying to find boxes for those kits, some of the smaller ones will fit in the USPS Flat Rate Boxes.
  4. Private properties can get away a lot of things here, so in theory, in some states, a car that is park in a reserved spot for "green" vehicles could be towed at the owners expense, as long as its clearly marked such and I think I first warning must be given , but again, that is going to vary by each state. As for public parking spots , yeah, I have no idea if they are legal on city/state/county owned land.
  5. Here we have my last Rocket Bunny kit , done up in retro TRD colors to celebrate TRD's 40th anniversary , pretty much out of box build with a wheel and tire swap, paint is Tamiya white lacquer and Scalefinishes Subaru something Red, the decals are decals that I did myself. Overall I am happy with how it looks, but the crappy printed at home decals I do feel brings it down the overall look sadly. I based this build off a image I found doing a Google image search. This make #21/22 of this tooling that I have built, maybe 23, who can count that high ?
  6. For those that might curious how the new Utility box from Moebius looks on something more modern.
  7. Im in my late 30's and have started selling off kits that I was never going to build, and or just lost interest in them, a good amount of them I bought just for the Whats In The Box videos, but with space being limited in my current house for both built and unbuilt, there is no point in keeping kits that I don't want to build. Now if I could just sell the rest of the stack, I would be happier.
  8. Here we have the Aoshima kit, painted with Scalefinishes what I wanted to be Range Rover Aegean Blue, its close, but just seems to be lighter then the photos I looked at but, overall, I very happy with how it turned out.
  9. Ive lost count at the amount of HTUSA's that have come and gone here since I was old enough to pay attention. But from that same time, two LHS that are owned by the same owner are still around . Ive never been impressed with the HTUSA's , the prices always seemed to be more than the LHS and most of the ones here that I visited didnt seem to want the plastic model builders money as they really didnt keep good stock of kits.
  10. Thank you my friend
  11. Sprint car looks cool, the firebird with those god awful wheels, there need to be a throw up emoticon to use for that.
  12. As always nice work John, but still wont make want some Pizza Hut
  13. Its 100% reputable. you do what's best for you.
  14. Yen would be Japan. Which website looks screwy to you ?
  15. Project Irvan , almost got everything I need and some supplies came today ( the Welcome Back Irvan kit came yesterday)( the Mac Tools kit is not a part of Project Irvan)
  16. More leaks, these photos match up to the one that was leaked a few week backs, it looks like a Vette and a Ferrari/Lambo had kid, not sure how I feel about the looks yet.
  17. Got something a bit more modern to put the Model King Utility bed on, the kit came from Ronnie at Southeren Motorsports hobby( and some other things that came today but will get posted later ) and the paints from the LHS
  18. Mr Thank you Randy thank you , yes, these were the everyday cars that I grew up with , growing up in the 80's/90's it was always the these, not the performance models Dominik thank you Bill, I am just hard on my work, we all see things that we know we could done better, so you know how it is . JJ thank you , I think I did see that color combo while doing some research on the roof, it was a nice looking combo. For the landau top, I used Loctite Adhesive spray , it was a process , to get it to dry, I went over it with primer, on the spoon test it dried , on the model, it did not fully dry , but wasnt tacky . I would recommend going a different route. That is what I had on mine, the wheel covers, you are right, I do remember seeing them everywhere growing up in the late 80's early 90's when I started paying attention to cars. Chris thank you , I agree, that the GP and Cutlass were the better looking ones compared to the MC, the MC was just rather bland looking compared to them. to make you feel a bit old, this body styling came out about two years before I was born David thank you Matthew thank you , I fully agree, it really sucked if you had the V6 like I did, it would of been nice to have a bit more power from the factory in them. Carl thank you , its from the Revell 90's Caprice kit Craig thank you , there was just something about those old 80s luxury coupes. Thank you Jason, oh yeah, I had the V6 so, it was very SLOW. Thank you John, yeah, I have soft for this car, for the short time I owned, I really liked it, oh I had the V6 , so it really had no balls . The kit is decent , I really didnt even bother with the engine compartment outside of painting it black, I had some issues with the air cleaner not allowing the hood to close all the way so I just took off, hence why there is no engine photo either lol. Michelle thank you Thank you Rob, yeah, the plate is not accurate, I can barely remember last week let alone what the license plate digits were on a car I owned in for three months in the late 90's Chris thank you David thank you, oh, I am just hard on my work, it pushes me to try reach that next level, yes, I am happy with it, I feel it could turned maybe a little bit better. Yeah, I just kind skipped the interior. Curt thank you Lee thank you Larry thank you Geoff thank you
