  1. Not bad at all! You captured the feel of that Suyata kit just fine. Fun stuff, and well done.
  2. What a gem! Love the color and the build overall, and that chrome paint looks very nice. I may have to look into Zero paints; your results are impressive. Very well done.
  3. Looking snazzy! Glad to see this one continued. DIGGING that color.
  4. Great use of a '48 Ford! Chopped top combined with high stance makes for a seriously cool racer. With that styling combo, it sorta has a Tom Daniel "Badman" vibe!
  5. Looks right-on! Well done.
  6. Good save! A very fun and clever use of the sedan delivery. I love that shade of white, too.

    Mud Trap

Very nicely executed diorama. The surface variations are absolutely convincing. Well done.
  8. Good save on the tail pods, it seems more proper for a Batmobile anyway. I think body color would look acceptable, too, and may try that when I get around to mine. You're about ready to button this one up, it would appear. Very nice work so far on a fun kit.
  9. Color looks NICE!
  10. ...describing practically every model I've ever built. ?
  11. Looking good.
  12. Agreed. Look at period advertisements, and now readily available old commercial videos, and you'll see that these old cars rode higher than we've come to expect. Back then, not all roads were paved, and many cars lived most of their lives on less than perfect graveled roads. AMT did a good job getting the stock stance right, I think your front end drop was completely unnecessary for a stock appearance. Rocker panels were generally parallel to the ground.
  13. Another fun read, regardless of where it's posted. I'm sure the mods will move to correct location. Be aware there seems to be a problem I've never encountered on your linked site that won't let me vote. When I click on my chosen kit, I get a "server error" message. Anyone else getting that?
  14. Very sharp, clean build with excellent paint work. Well done!
  15. Beautiful detail and scratch-building. Well done.
  16. Mission accomplished! Very cool and simple custom. An excellent case of "less is more".
  17. Turned out very nice! Color is beautiful, and your build is clean. Well done.
  18. Love the simplicity and the overall impact you achieved. Well done.
  19. Excellent work and instruction for the rest of us!
  20. Nice engine details. Got any pics of your old ride?
  21. Monogram 1/24 '65 Corvette has a nice (one of the best) stock big block/4speed combos, and there was a street machine version with turbine-style wheels.
  22. Would love to see this one in 1/25. Seems every possible version of dual-headlight models has been made, but not this single-light version.
  23. Gorgeous model; so perfectly detailed. Well done.
