  1. It sure is, an it's GREAT to see one built! VERY nice job, but you REALLY gotta dirty that rascal up! Tractors was built ta be USED!!!! Great build of a really nice kit!
  2. Chris, you gotta be one of the craziest guys on this forum! To build such exquisite models, then chance ALL that beautiful work by actually RACEING them. You got REAL big Cohones!!! Me, shoot, I'd locked them rascals up inna cabinet!! Beautiful work, an I'll bet money YOU got the COOLEST cars on tha track!!!!!
  3. Virge, R&R makes a 65 resin Dart if your interested. I've got one it's a curbside, but with a bit a work, it comes out pretty nice. Johnny Lee had one in high school, but traded it for a 71 'Cuda 440 6 pak with a shaker hood when we graduated! I rode with him(and got to drive it) when we went for our Draft physicals! (I was 12, he was ONE! guess who went to VN???BOTH of us!!!! )
  4. Wat can I say Chris, I'm not the ONLY one who enjoys/suffers your madness. But you must REALLY be madder'n ME, caz I don't build CLOSE to that! an it's a REAL SLOT CAR yet!!!! WOW, simply amazed at your work, THANKS for shareing it AND the link!!!!
  5. WESTLEY'S!!!! That's the name of that stuff!!!! I knew it was some goofey name or somethin like that!!! Shoulda remembered it, as I worked with a Pontiac FREEK who was named Westley!!!
  6. i've built most all of the cars I've owned, an now, I build cars I've PERSONALLY known. Growin up in the mid/late 60's, early 70's when I graduated, there's NO limit on the really cool cars I've had the pleasure of knowing and rideing in. From Hemi's to COPO Camaro's to a Boss 429 Mustang, I've had the pleasure to know SOMEONE who owned one!!! Now, I get to own them too!
  7. Semper Fi,Clay!!! Happy B'day!
  8. Chris, those are some BEAUTIFUL models, as nice as yours!!! Gotta get someone to translate it for me, the auto/translator must not be workin! THANKS for posting the link!!!
  9. Chris, could ya hook us up with a link for where ya got it? Or an addy? Since R&D Unique left, there's no other Lola coupe kit available in 24/25th scale. THANKS, Lola's are my favorite Can Am cars!!! Yours is BEAUTIFUL!
  10. Tye, WAY ta go! Teach 'em young, show em how, and hopefully they'll stay with it! Those are some cool models. Never built one, but Im gonna get one for my Grandaughter, she's almost 7, and maybe we can get her started!!!
  11. Welp, Imma goin with REAL on this. It'sa COOL lookin lil chort, WHAT is it? The Emblem on the grille looks to be Fiat. Is it?
  12. With VERY slight mods, you CAN mount that body onna old Revell 34 Ford coupe kit. The Revell kit IS undersized anyway, an the only really good thing about it is it's chassis! BUT the body WILL drop onto the FENDER unit of the 34 and with just a little bitta work an it makes for a REAL nice full fendered Topolino! Mine came out pretty cool, and you WILL have a unique/different model on your shelf. (besides, it's the only way to get a fendered Topo. That I know of.)
  13. VERY nice, clean build. It came out REALLY nice! I LIKE the color combo.
  14. AS the former owner of a 69 Charger R/T 4spd, I can tell you you did a KILLER job on this biuild! The Engine compartment is especially well done, as is the rest of the car. Beautiful job. :D :D
  15. I'm with Jim, you still an INTERN Daddy-O! wait till ya GRADUATE!! You'll be a downright Neuro-Specialist!!! Happy Birthday, my freind!!!!
  16. I've used Simple Green for YEARS no with NO ill effects. Purple Power and SCS WILL BURN YOUR SKIN!!!! I KNOW this for a fact!!(So do my hands) so NEVER use it WITHOUT GLOVES. Simple Green can be poured down the drain when your thru with it and it no longer strips EASILY and quickly. Be sure to strain the old paint flakes out of it if you do!.
  17. Welcome Tim. You ain't seen NOTHING yet! We got ALL kindsa builders here, so just sit back and enjoy it. Your gonna like it here!

  23. Welcome Danny. I think you'll like it here.
  24. I read along time ago that once he actually DROVE it, he sold it! It was a twin turbo'd 427 FE Block, an it supposedly was a REAL monster on the street!
