  7. If we could get one of the Ambulance/Hearse kit, we could likely get all four Or at least the Stock pair They were they same tooling with different inserts I have built enough of them to see the Ambulance "Full-View" Corner light location holes in the underside of the Hearse roof I still have a built Roarin' Rambulance dragster and stock Ambulance as well as Hippy version & Stock Hearse Definitely wish ANY Jo-Han kit could be re-issued But with Moebius pulling out from the ones they were testing (And the IMC kits announced) we will likely Never see re-issues of them any time soon If Ever!!! Any news on the Curbside kits last announces\d b the New IMC, as well as the Turbine and 59 Dodge that Moebius Was Looking at running??? I would LOVE that 59 Rambler wagon again!! Especially with the SFPD decals that were to be included!!
  8. I believe this is the one I need for our town's 4400 Rescue Got to get as much info on it as I can NOW replacing it AND an Engine with a 'Rescue-Pumper' combination unit
  9. I know the Lindberg kit was a Standard 2dr coupe, and Also done as the Mercury Monarch twin Wasn't Futura's Resin a Fairmount Futura, instead of a standard Fairmount? NO Station wagon version was done from the Futura design It was Called the "Baby T-Bird" Looked like one We had a Red one, and Mother HATED it inline 6 could Not get out of its Own way!!!!
  10. Petty DID drive a Ford Torino in 69 due to MoPar's refusal to let him change from Plymouth to Dodge in order to drive the Daytona MoPar caved in 70 giving him the Superbird to get him back There Were Ford C cab Box vans at Petty Enterprises for a few years after 69 I have soem Pics. As for the L series of the kit No Idea Plus Petty had gone to Enclosed trucks, Not Semis like now, but Straight trucks The City Delivery/Short Haul L & C Ford kits Some Did carry the car Some towed the car on a flat trailer with a Cover over it The Tandem trailer shown in some of these set kits is close I use to go to Dover Downs, so HAVE seen this First hand too!!
  11. Did AMT have one of these? Or is this the MPC Annual?? I built the 82 Pace car, and the front look to Steer on the box art So makes me think MPC tooling

  13. PaperRoom offers both the Valiant & Semi Tanker from Duel The tanker is Free on the site You have to buy the Valiant
  14. 2 of those above I can Cover for you for FREE Columbo's Peugeot And the 906 are available as Free PAPER models!! And YES, I have Both!!!! The 906 is NOT a Simple kit There is a 61 Plymouth/Dodge Pheonix LAPD but with Dome instead of Coffee Can Lights correct for LA and may other California Departments of the era from the same designer as the 906 & Peugeot If interested I will look through my Bookmarks Also an 83 LTD/Crown Vic is available in MANY PD markings that can be modified into a 73. Paper Tride has that, As well as others (Bathtub Caprice & Jellybeen Crown Vic PD Brick Impala PD too!!!) Here is the correct PaperTride Paper Models link http://laras-paper.com/search/PAPERTRIDE/ There is a Translate button as the site is Russian ANd YES it IS the HOME site for the models Not a Pirate site!! Note a few do NOT have down loadable kits though they are listed Benz 124 Wagon, 84 Chevy Suburban 4x4 (Really want that one!!) Brick Chevy is a Caprice and currently Taxi only, but a Start the Square Ford is available in MORE liveries, including Stock Family (Unmarked) sedan Members of PaperModeling Forums can get a Zip with Most versions Civilian, CHP, Del State K, Lincoln, Nebraska, & Aberdeen Fire 1/25 & 1/18 scales for most There is a 66 Chevy C20 Tow Truck too!!!!
  15. I have several of these and can add confusion Some have 350 in the badge, some 400/8 Also a couple I have have different side marker lights 2 Square ones in the spot versus the to narrow rectangular stacked on most I have no idea which are AMT or MPC as they were built & box lot buys over the years got a Great deal about 66-7 years ago from an evilbay seller Big box-lot for $30.oo plus shipping--No other bidders!!!! got no less than 4 complete out o\f the box and many more cab, interior, etc And 2 Cooter's in the bunch too!!! 1 built near complete, 1 parts but restorable Just need decals!!! WHAT did they do with that tooling to cause the to re-tool the GMC shortbox stepside into the last re-issued 72 Fleetside????????
  16. I do not know of any 13 inch rims in scale now But AMT use to have them in several Annuals from the early 60's Falcons, Mustangs, Tempest, even Corvairs had them You can TRY the latest issues of the 60 (formerly 61) Falcon Ranchero or 69 Corvair (Stock version not Funny Car) The Ranchero had Steelies, but from what I have read, are closer to a 14 in rim That MIGHT work out as the AMT kit is 1/25 while your Mini is 1/24
  17. As I recall, The KW in the Pilot Movie for BJ & The Bear was a Flat Roof It became an Aerodyne for the series I have the AMT 1/32 scale kit set Wish they would re-issue that one!!!!!
  18. I have pic's of an OLD build of the Coronado on the previous page, I Do LOVE that Fireboat!!!!!!!
  19. I have a few of both Lindberg and Aurora ALFG kits The Aurora IS correct 1/32 scale, but not 100% correct in shape of the front of the cab It should match the AMT 100 series 1/25 kit more The area under the windshield should protrude more and have sharper curves at the outer edges The Lindberg kit has ALWAYS been a Lindberg kit I have the first 3 issues, 1 & 2 being cast in Red and including the electric motor you assemble yourself (If you chose to include it) The 3rd issue and latest (only #4) are both molded in white, and unlike the first 2 include chrome plated parts!! Those 2 issues also have "Vinyl" tires, though I THINK the Current one includes the original 2pc styrene ones too It is an enlarged version of their Mini-Lindy kit Yes Single Rears not duallys like an Actual ALF 900 and NO underside detail at all IF I get a couple Clear days, I can TRY to take pictures of some of my kits
  20. Remember that the Massachusetts Police Cruiser was a BASE level Galaxie While AMT's Promos & kits were ALL of the top of the line 500 & 500XL thus the different Script Had a LOT of fun trying to convince people on other forums that the Mayberry Cruisers were Base level Full size Fords So I KNOW what I am saying here Police, and other Fleet purchasers (ie Taxi, etc) bought the Cheapest model available!!!!!
  21. Don't forget the "Fonzie" version of the Monkee Mobile had a Fonzie figure I had one wayback when!!! AND.... Didn't the original Paul Revere & The Raider's Coach include them??
  22. Or are they closer to 1/32 than 1/24 that the kit is suppose to be That Would be a SMALL Garbage truck based and on a Pickup, not Semi sized Straight Truck like actual trash trucks are!!!
  23. I remember the "Super" Mini-Lindy's too Box was larger, but Very Similar to the Small scale And Yes Box-Scale Is Correct Same as Matchbox at the time!! Though they did grow from the 50's era to the 60's and 70's Pre-Superfast era Compare an almost 1/87 60 Bonneville Convertible to the 64 Grand Prix!! or 61 Ford Fairlane Police/Fire to the 65 Custom Police/Fire I have Too many of them to miss the scale differences I do not know about a Dodge Dart, But Aurora Themselves (ie Thunderjet Slot Cars fame) had 2 Toy/Collectible versions of they Slotcar Bodies with Diecast Chassis & interior "Cigarbox" deluxe version with the Smame wheels/tires as their Thunderjet And Cheaper Wizz Wheel/Superfast type Speedline I bought a Few Case sets of Speedline at Hecht Co. MANY years ago Some of those has colors bodies like the Thunderjet, Some the colored Chrome-plated bodies I too have a Camaro I believe in Gold Chrome Also 2 each 67+T-Birds & 66-67 Toronados!! There are 1 or 2 purple Chrome in my sets, and a Pink Chrome No Blue, green or Silver (straight out Chrome) I would Love to find those in my attic or bedroom now!!!!!
  24. 1/20Would go with the Ford VAn from MPC!! And as a Family Set I too would be interested (plus I have a few of that Van!!!) As to 1/32 kits with Figures I know All of the Revell/AMT 55-56 Annualds had them And Aurora's 56 Ford Demolition Demon included Race/Demo Derby Crew Driver, Mechanic & Flagman I still have 3 Figures in the one I have left Missing 1 Wheel/tire, but otherwise complete
  25. Not sure but those look more like OX power than Mule!!!! Sorry Never had that kit myself.
