I recently ran across some sealed Kenworth Areodyne COE kits and was wanting to know what a fair price would be for this kit. I never had the opportunity to buy one of these before and searching eBay there were none available to use as a reference. I know that they are rare but I don't think they are super rare. I know that different people have different opinions and budgets but, I am looking for a real world price on this kit. What would you think a reasonable price would be for this kit? I would also appreciate any info on this kit that you may have. What year model does this kit represent? Was the long wheelbase a factory option? What were these long wheelbase trucks designed for?

I hit the jackpot today! I have been wanting this kit for a while but have never had the opportunity to get one, well today was the day. I got a deal so good I couldn't pass it up, so I bought all of them.

I always liked those AMT trucks from the 90's. Great kits to built many different styles of trucks. I always wondered why they got a bad rap. I have a set of factory lightning wheels for that kit if you need some Danny. Just let me know.

My apologies Mike, You are correct it was Scalefest. I retract my previous statement about the Eagle Quest contest. I have not attended the Eagle Quest contest due to cost. $60 is just too much money for me to pay for an event. The way I see it, I could buy several kits with that money and have hours of fun on the workbench.

Im a sucker for the MPC and AMT 88-early 90's Chevy trucks. I just cant pass them up if they are at a decent price.

1: Late model 1/2 ton truck's from the big 3. (All 3 are on the top 10 list in US sales. Why no kit?) 2: Late model 1 ton trucks from the big 3. (Any configuration, single or dual rear wheel, 4x2 or 4x4, Crew Cab, Extended Cab, or Regular Cab) 3: Full detail kit of the latest model Crown Victoria 4: New tool kit of any 73-87 GM truck. (Long or short bed) 5: Average, everyday, latemodel vehicles, SUV's, 4 doors, econo cars, etc. (I know but, this is a wish list.. )
