You're putting your model building skills to good use on your fo-Ferrari. -
Like your build style and paint work.

Another skirt design to consider would be the Mercury Cruiser Skirts from that era. These were a stock option on the '57 Mercury cars which is why they became known as Mercury cruiser Skirts.

Beautiful looking finishes and very realistic looking. Reminds me how different it is to make a living today compared to then. -

Great looking paint finish. Good display of all the weapons.

Like the effect with the fabric, I'm going to have to remember that one.

Plastruct and Evergreen both offer various sizes of plastic in strips than can be used to simulate body trim. Try laying out your design using thin masking tape as a guide for the trim in the desired width. With the tape as a guide, you can glue your moldings either above or below the tape however it works best for your design. I have used Tamiya extra thin liquid cement; there are other brands that should work just as well. As an example:

Had the same problem here this spring. Just leave the feeder's empty for a week and then only put just a very little seed in to see if they return. Had to do this twice and the undesirable birds have seemed to move on.

Been great weather for the last three or four days with temps in the upper 70's and even getting to 80 one day and the winds have died down to single digit velocity from the near gale force winds we were having. But this is about to change tonight with heavy rain and winds returning. It is spring after all.

Great looking paint finish and body trim. The interior colors look good. Thank you for the heads up on the interior mounting issues.

Smooth looking paint finish and well detailed interior. Like the wheels.

I do all of the exterior body paint prep up to the point where it is ready for the final color coats of paint. I'll then mask off the window openings from the outside of the body and then spray the headline color. Allowing sufficient time for the headliner paint to dry I'll then mask off the headliner then paint the final body colors. What I have found it neater to touch up the headliner paint if needed than it would be to do touch up on the bodies final paint work.

Amazing body trim detailing and paint finishes.

Beautiful paint finish and color. The white trim looks good with the matching interior. Like the engine detailing and the wheels.

Like the body color and the wheel & tire setup looks great.

Glad to see that you're back on the bench again. The '56 Ford Victoria was a good-looking body style. Like the idea of masking the side trim so that you don't lose the trim details under paint. You mentioned some custom body work, is shaving the hood and trunk lid in that?
