  1. Nice color with lots of metallic in the finish.
  2. Great job blending the two together. The paint finish and color look great.
  3. Alway like how your back stories better describe the overall look of your builds. Like the "stylish" looking bed sides. The patina is very realistic looking along with the service body and equipment.
  4. Like the realistic looking paint finish and body trim. The chassis change makes a big difference in the accuracy in that area as well.
  5. Had to get my sunglasses to look at the color, great paint finish. Like the wheels.
  6. Like the paint treatment along with the wheels and tires.

    53 Chevy

Great looking "50"s paint colors. Notice some slicks on the back.
  8. Great looking Hudson and like the color combination and finish. Good looking engine detailing. Many may not realize that these cars were considered sales competitors of Cadillac and Chrysler in their day along with a dominate car in NASCAR racing as well.
  9. Very realistic looking body and roof combination. Great colors inside and out. Those of us of a curtain age remember these little Larks with the 289 V-8 as the perfect "sleeper" especially with a stick shift.

    '66 GTO

Great looking paint and body trim. Like the wheels.
  11. Have always liked a black car with a red interior and this is why. The chrome body trim is cleanly done and the redline tires look perfect on this.
  12. Like the modern "sports car" or "high tech" look depending on your definition of all that. The paint colors and settle flame treatment look great. Like the wheel and tire combination.
  13. Beautiful smooth looking paint finish and like the color as well. The interior compliments the body color well. You mention the top being done in clear plastic and I had much the same issue on a model I did last year. While a little intimidating at first and a masking nightmare I got lucky and now, I would prefer it since the rear window looks better when done in this way.
  14. You wouldn't think so if they are that new.

    Revell Audi R8

Beautiful looking paint color and finish. I remember your take on the grill, and it does give it more depth looking at it. The interior trim is very cleanly done.
  16. Have to agree with everyone else on the paint color and finish. Chevrolet had a color called Danube Blue at that time and would be very close to this. Great looking chrome body trim. Wheels and tires along with a vehicle stance like this go a long way with the overall look.
  17. Great looking paint finish and the contrasting interior.

    69 Mustang

Great looking metallic paint. Like the wheels and tires.
  19. The paint color and finish do look great as does your Fairlane in the last picture. The vinyl roof and body trim are all cleanly done. The decal issue, is the kit a recent reissue or maybe older inventory that would account for the decals degrading with age?
  20. You're right about the different take on the grill.
  21. Beautiful looking paint finish and color. Sort of a Candy Green maybe?
  22. Great looking patina finish and the camper shell looks like one where the fiberglass is starting to deteriorate. Like the flares and the wheel and tire setup.
  23. Beautiful looking paint finishes and you can see what you mean about the engine detailing even OOB. Great looking body trim details as well.
  24. You mention this being your "new house". Was there any type of structure inspection done before closing? Normally finding something of this nature is when you would have your Realtor tell the sellers Realtor there is a problem that needs correcting before closing.
  25. Great looking 442. The color scheme looks very 1969. Like the "shaved" look on the hood and trunk lid.
