Great paint color along with the contrasting interior.
-
Great paint finish and trim detailing.

Beautiful paint finish and the "Mod-Roof" looks very realistic. Only recall ever seeing one when these were new and it was at a new car show sitting. The trim and chassis are all well done.

Exceptional paint finish and trim details.

Beautiful paint finish and color along with the black body accents. Like the wheels and tires.

Great looking paint color and finish. Maybe you could elongate the hood opening to clear the shaker.

Some of the problems with the panel fit seem to be fairly common on these as well as a few of the other '39 & '40 Ford kits it would seem. I have had to correct the Hood to Body as well as the Fenders on an AMT '39 - '40 Ford sedan kit I'm working on now. I think it may have to do more with the age of the molds than anything else. I recall building many of these kits years ago including the original coupe and the sedan delivery as well. The most resent kits Hood trim is all but nonexistent and the body side trim isn't much butter. These are all fixable and I'm not really complaining, just agreeing with you on what you're having to do on your build. Enjoying watching all of your improvements on this build.

The interior flotsam adds to the overall appearance. -
No, you're not really crazy just misunderstood. At least here on the Forum you are in good supportive company. Some of us are fortunate enough to have basements that can provide ample storage for model inventories. Remote storage facilities are possible solutions to your storage issues, as long as their location and existence can be kept secretive.

Might want to check out the possible side effects. Sometimes the cure can be worse than the sickness.

Great looking paint scheme and colors. Like the commercial looking style. -
Beautiful paint and trim finishes and the color accents the body lines. Like the wheel design and the stance reminds me of some of the 1:1 Pontiacs on the streets of SoCal in the early '60's.

Like your build ideas. This kit is one of my personal favorites for fit and finish as well as the subject.

Not sure of your job description or how dressy of a shoe you need to ware, but I have had much the same issues before retiring and being on my feet and walking on hard surfaces. The Sketchers brand shoes are all I wear anymore. They offer many styles both casual and full leather uppers for a more dressed up look. Buy them online from Prime and they have a lot of pictures of the shoes for you to look at. Usually well under $100 a pair and often run specials. Might check them out and see if they would work for you.

Hi Rick. Thank you for your kind words. With the interest in the current Round 2 reissue, when I found this, I just felt it needed to be done. I had forgotten how clunky some of the kits we worked with in our youth.
