Today's virtually impossible question

Another paint option to consider would be GM's Dark Cherry Pearl. This color was originally for the 1996 Impala SS but may have found its way to other models as well. The old Model Master #28113 may be a match for what you're looking for. -
So...you think using an airbrush is tricky?

I have gotten to see some other Glass Blowers in action before. This guy is really good, and he makes it look easy. -

Like the Holden Pano body style. We know them as Sedan Deliveries, different name but same thing.

Hi Alan. Thank you for the compliments. Thank you Dennis. The '40 Ford that I wanted so long ago was about this color as I recall and all the others seemed to be either gray or maroon and of course black. This is sort of what I envisioned it would have been if I had been able to get at the time. Thank you Carl. Thank you Greg. Thanks Bill. I try and build them the way I would like to own them in 1:1.

They call them Utes. They are based on the Monero line that was popular down under. Had the Pontiac version that was marketed in the US as a Pontiac GTO. These are quality-built vehicles with great fit and finish. I was trying to get one of the Utes when Pontiac was eluding that they were going to import them to sell through their Pontiac Division of GM. Then GM killed the Pontiac line altogether. Don't get me started on that fiasco. -
Need to git this fixed.

Finally got a break from the high 90's heat and humidity indexes in the 100's. Now it's in the mid to high 70's with 90 percent humidity, but at least the smoke from several distant fires is blocking the sun a little. Health advisories for those of us with breathing issues.
