Great looking paint and wood grain trim. Adding the Cadillac grill, rear bumper and taillights is all well done.

Great looking paint and trim finishes.

Major body and chassis work. Like the Ford in a Ford setup. -
Thank you for sharing your photos. A lot of great looking models.

Great looking paint finish and two-tone treatment. I think Moebius was wise to offer the Mercury version of the Ford pickup with no more than what they had to do to change it. -

Beautiful looking paint finishes. Watching your chassis and engine build this you could even displayed them with the body sitting alongside. -
Amazing craftsmanship here. The finishes. and especially in the camper portion are very realistic looking.

I think Mike maybe referring to the trim on the rear quarter panels between the side chrome trim. This area was done in a thin sheet of aluminum with sort of a silver paint between the raised lines and the Bel Air script was done in a gold like you're thinking for the front fender trim.

All I got is some Gluten free chocolate chip cookies. Didn't realize saw dust was a flavor.

I would say your painting experiment was a complete success, and I like the color as well.

Like how you opened the doors.

Looking forward to seeing this build. -
The paint color and finish really catch my eye. I like how you cleaned up the front end and makes the car seem sleeker than stock. The cover for the back seat blends well with the body lines.
-
Like the long low look. The Continental Kit and the Mercury Cruiser Skirts stretches the body length. Great color combination and finish.

Get well, and you ought to be eligible for your max SSI at this point, so retirement isn't all that bad trust me.

Dogs are like five-year-olds trapped in a furry body and they just want to be part of your pack.

The PD around here has been promoting what they call a "Zipper Merge" when there is a lane closure for construction. The problem is that the drivers around here just race up to where the lane is closed and latterly but their way into the slow-moving lane and everyone has to brake to keep from hitting them and the drivers behind the guy that just got cutoff has to hit his brakes to keep from rearending the guy in front of him, and this "shock wave" of braking goes back through the lane of people patiently waiting their turn until someone gets rear ended. All because some brain surgeon thought that a "Zipper Merge" was the answer. The local body shops love this new idea.

Great looking paint work and like the baseline painted grill and bumpers. Those "logs" look like they maybe 1/18th scale firewood. -
Beautiful looking paint finish and color. Like the clean chassis and engine detailing.
