Unlike some others I got a fast response once I figured out how it works. I had a warped body on a '56 Chevrolet Nomad. I went too their web site and completed the information they requested on the form. I received an E mail acknowledgment , and then received another saying I had provided insufficient information and said to contact them on the next business day. I then received a third E mail telling me to send the original information and the Bar code from the box by mail. I was told to wait 2-3 weeks for the new replacement part. In about a week I received the replacement body, and it had a smoother finish on the body then the original. I think where the confusion on their web site is that what I thought was a form for ordering a replacement for a bad part is for some other type of order.
