  1. Absolutely stunning ! What a beautiful collection of one of the most beautiful race cars ever built ! I love them all but have always had a thing for those Gulf colors , definitely my favorites .
  2. Thank you very much guys !
  3. Thanks guys !
  4. Strange But True . . . One of our customers showed up at our shop with a Cobra on his trailer with a VW engine in it , unfortunately whomever built it also butchered the body so bad it barely looked like a Cobra anymore ! Yours looks like a Cobra so I'm okay with it . One thumb-up for the effort !
  5. Oh yes that's nice ! One of my favorites , great job !
  6. Another beautiful build Jim ! I like the small changes you made and really like it in that color , very sharp !
  7. Thanks ! Thanks ! And yes these old Monogram kits are pretty cool , but they're hard to find nowdays and can be pricey ! Thanks Greg ! I've got a few of the AMT kits on my radar too !
  8. Thanks much Ray !

  11. Very sharp looking "A" in those colors , and opening the doors and the rumble seat makes it even better ! Great job !
  12. Thanks Bruce !

  14. The Tom Daniel trio : Boss A Bone , Son Of Ford , and SweeTee . And the original Monogram kits : Blue Beetle , Little Deuce , and Little T .
  15. It's been a while since I've posted anything here but the last month or so I've been restoring this old survivor of mine . I actually disassembled it a few years ago but never got any further .Now it's restored and built completely box stock except for the tire lettering decals from Fireball Modelworks and a home made license plate , and I modified the front for poseable steering . The plastic has been polished and cleared , the rest was painted to match the box art . This is what I started with . I decided not to use the decals . . . definitely 70's but a little too much for my taste . The finished chassis . Some more finshed photos .
  16. Thanks Ken ! I've got plans for a couple of them .
  17. I know absolutely nothing about military type models but I like this one , big guns are great ! Nice job .
  18. Pretty cool looking model , it makes a great display piece ! And great paint work too !
  19. Thanks ! No it's not the same driver , and the helmet is molded on .
  20. Great looking Digger , don't see these built very often ! Great paint work , love the skull 'n' bones and those wild eyes !
  21. Thanks Much ! They're not for everybody but I've liked them since they first appeared in the early 70's
  22. Thanks ! They're available for pre-order at Tower Hobbies .
  23. Thanks very much ! Must have been hard to let a collection like that go , but at least it went to a good home instead of the landfill .
