  1. Your Little Red Wagon is really nice , and so is the Deora ! The extra detailing really paid off !
  2. That's nice . . . and different . Not sure what I think of the blacked out trim , but you did a great job with it and the paint looks super smooth .
  3. That's a real beauty ! Reminds me of the 1:1 I had new in '77 . Bright red T/A with no screamin chickin on the hood ! I also never liked the honeycomb wheels on them . Yours are a nice change . Is that window tint easy to use ?
  4. Looks good so far . I like the frame finish and the wheels and tires you chose . Who says a rat rod can't have IFS ?
  5. I just spent some time looking at the new home page and I like it . Big improvement over the old one !
  6. Very cool ! Thumbs up on the engine too !
  7. Scale Modeling By Chris has a 1/16 engine detail kit that has all the wires and hoses , plus a MSD Ignition box , a Super Coil , and a Tachometer . Pro-Tech also has lots of detail items for the engine . I've also found some really nice resin wheels on ebay at a decent price .
  8. I'm still laughing ! ! That's Great ! ! I love it ! !
  9. Hey , it's under glass ! ! It looks pretty good ! I like the color combo and of course your engine turned out great . After watching your build I've thought about this kit alot . I'd have to compare it to building a 1:1 dune buggy after building cobra replicas for 20 years . It would get pushed into a corner due to lack of interest and collect dust and never get finished ! Congratulations on finishing yours . BOB .
  10. I'm a wagon addict , and your looks great !
  11. That's amazing looking ! ! !
  12. It looks like you are getting close . Don't give up now !
  13. Pat , That's pretty cool ! Every time I see a Raider's Coach for sale I think "maybe next time" . Just like now ! And as far as a stagecoach in the car section . . . where would they suggest it be moved to ?
  14. Everybody has a different definition of a "work in progress" , so there is no way to get an accurate answer to the question .
  15. I've seen those egg shells before and they are truly works of art . I always try new techniques that I see on forums like this one , and most of them become routine very quickly . A lot of people won't use a Dremel thinking they can do it better with hand tools . For me , my 30 year old Dremel gets used almost daily when I'm working on model .
  16. Looks as good as the original !
  17. Really nice looking Ventura . Where have I seen this before ?
  18. I was starting to wonder if I'd ever get any paint on this one ! I sprayed two coats early this morning and it looks pretty good . I think after it dries for a couple of days I might wet sand it and spray another coat . Have to think about that a bit , don't want to ruin a good thing . That means it will be the end of next week before I can polish it and start foiling it . Thanks for looking .
  19. Sharp looking truck ! Beautiful paint and the stance is just right . I like the license plate , but can't make out the grille emblem . Got a close up ?
  20. Really nice looking ! The white paint looks great ! I didn't know that "snap kits" had engines .
  21. Absolutely beautiful ! ! I'm always amazed by your imagination and talent .
  22. Thanks for clearing that up , Collin . And welcome to the forum ! What's the correct spelling of your name ?
  23. Oh Yeah ! That's super nice ! ! I love the grey paint and the wheels and the discs .
  24. For some odd reason I really like it ! ! Maybe because I've lost interest in Cup cars since they are all basically identical . This opens the door to all kinds of fun builds ! Very nice build .
  25. Now that is different ! . . . I like it ! Put a couple of vents in the back and it could be Jim Hall's personal "sucker car" !
