  1. I agree . That's a very sharp car ! It's going to look great when you're done !
  2. Just a quick update . Last night I spent a couple of hours with some BMF . I have tried it a couple of times on old bodies without much luck . Well , I think it turned out pretty good . . . not perfect , but for my first real try I'm happy with it . I've also finished the exhaust , complete with clamps ! They were kind of fun to make . Just need to finish the front suspension and the chassis will be done . Now some clear on the body , and final assembly . Hopefully this time next week it will be completed . I feel like I'm forgetting something . Next stop , " Under Glass " ! BOB .
  3. That's cool ! Which issue of the kit had those wheels ?
  4. Very impressive work , Jay . It takes the same patience to build a car as it does to build an airplane ! And you've got it !
  5. Yep . That's the one . If you have the '62 'Vette , look at the rear window too .
  6. That's really sharp ! I've bought four of these over the years and always use them for parts ! I think I should build one ! Nice job .

  9. It turned out really nice Bruce . I was following your build and you did an excellent job ! I wouldn't worry about the stripe bleeding thru , most people won't even notice . Besides , you learned something , and that's always a good thing !

  11. Another great build ! Really sharp looking . What color paint did you use ? I also have this kit , but was never too thrilled with the looks of the body compared to other Chargers I have . The Talladegas are even worse . Yours turned out just fine . Good job .
  12. Chuck , I found this in one of my parts bins . It might be close . Width = 2 .150 " Height = . 270 " ( .445 " in front of driver ) Let me know if you want to try it . BOB.

  15. Travis , I like the idea of building a Hobby Stock with that kit . You're off to a good start ! I think I would try to get the ride height a lot lower . Try searching the net for some pictures to get a better idea what you can do . Keep posting your progress . BOB .
  16. Rear bumper looks good Chuck . Much better than the plain one . I'd also do a wrap around windshield , no frame . BOB .
