Thanks fellows. Two things I most dislike about this kit or at least the the way mine turned out is the ride height and the wheelbase is too short. I could have fixed these 2 issues but I did not notice till I mounted the body.

In all my years I don’t recall ever building a stock car before . I used the Isaac Ford kit . Bought aftermarket decals . Body is Short Cuts white with a gloss black hood . Red grill and wheels . Black and silver interior . Clear is Duplicolor 1k . Second kit lately that gave me fits . Is it me or the kits ? ( it’s me ! ). Anyway here it is such as it is .

Nice, one of my favorite colors.

Just finished up this strange little kit . It’s about 5 1/2 inches long . Very few parts . I bought it only because I kept on seeing it on eBay and just wondered what is was like . I painted it with Tamiya Metallic Orange and cleared it with Duplicolor 1K clear . I did add the hood decals and BMF on tailgate plus made a bed cover .

Truck is done . Be in the Underglass section soon . Listed as a GMC as it should have been .

No motor in my truck kit.

#2 is looking great and I am sure it will be every bit as nice as #1. I really like how a diorama tells a story. I used to like building a diorama more than the models I put in them. However space became a issue and it's been awhile since I did one. You have me thinking again I must say.

I ran into the same problem. Only photos of the box. Not even a photo of the parts . I have it painted and cleared and should have it done in a couple of days. May get the Vette one as well, not sure.

Been in Arizona for about 14 years and so far no hurricanes ! It does however get hotter than you know where and the dust storms when they happen are no joke.

Good looking model . I am finding it getting harder to handle the small pieces and am thinking i will soon be switching to 1/16 and perhaps larger kits.
