  1. Finished this one up a bit ago , not much like the car I used as a guide but never thought it would be . However I think it has the flavor of the real car . I think it turned out pretty good anyway .

  9. A big thank you to all the Vets.
  10. While this is not shaping up to look a lot like the car I used for inspiration I am still happy with it . Never my intention to make a replica but just a model along the same lines . Now if I can fight off the final assembly gremlins that get me from time to time it may turn out pretty good .
  11. Nice work !
  12. Rest are most likely 1/16 th.
  13. Thanks guys. Bob I get what your saying but I am just not a fan of weathered vehicles except for armor models.

  16. As it turned out the decals in this kit were not very good . I decided I had better mask and spray . So I did !
  17. Here’s some 1/43 Daytona’s I could get my hands on easy . The three stack is Yat Ming and are reasonable and look pretty good . The two stack are Kyosho and are much better but cost more .
  18. I have the last two JL's that came out not too long ago but not sure those are the ones you are thinking of. As for 1/43 Daytona's I will have to look. Will post if I find I have one/some.
  19. One heck of a paint job for sure.
