I bought a new one in 77. Regular cab short bed. Had to add a bunch of junk to it of coarse.

Not really a “ rat rod” builder but wanted to take a stab at it . Photos will show that I really am not a rat rod builder . Chopped top, channeled body , shortened the bed . Poor attempt at trying to make unfinished weld seams . Should have ordered the decals and waited. Here it is with all its warts . Now I got that out of my system ! ?

I do have that kit but I have not assembled it. I have other that were bought assembled. It is just a die cast model that is sold as a kit and not assembled. You should not have any problems with it at all.

Looking pretty good. Looks like you have the doors fitted well.
