  1. Welcome back to 2004! That looks mighty awful. Not in proportions, or whatever issues it might have in accuracy. But the engineering. Oof....This gets approved, but they continue to ditch the Cutlass of similar build quality? Good job revell, once again.
  2. Revell by any country will never be close to a Tamiya kit. The wheels are more undersized like fujimi. The ROG kit does look good, and I'm definately getting both versions. And yes, ROG is improving greatly! But not tamiya like.
  3. That kit is NOTHING like the Tamiya GT lol.
  4. The hood looks awesome! Keep it going!
  5. Cool!
  6. Yea! I'd go for a vehicross one as well! The toyota bB/scion xB would work. Needs a new lhd cowl tho, also. There are already a few different lhd dashes for the 90s hilux kits . In resin, and styrene.
  7. But two versions in different boxes could-in theory sell double the kits. I am getting both.
  8. Totally agree. But-Revell logic
  9. These are out now:)
  10. Saw Dave today. He's excited to get these out again. But no date yet.

    Meyers Manx

Interesting, in a good way! Those seats are rad! Great collection of buggies too!
  12. Excellent job! Love it!!!
  13. Picked this up this weekend. I'm so glad it was reissued. As I'm not old enough to have known the original, just from pics. Very awesome kit! Great design of the 1:1 also.
  14. No problem. Thanks for the extra pics!
  15. There was no rep from the company today lol. But they had some of the upcoming's on display. Every future kit only had a release date as "sometime in 2015". It's hopeful, but there are probably still a few kits we're waiting for from '14. I think someone sat on the vette:/ PLEASSSSSSSSSSSSEEEE new tires for this!! Interesting. That rounded square blob from the previous sprue shot is missing. No one from Moebius or Round2 was there today.
  16. Here is the options one. I lifted it a little and made the snorkel. But otherwise, it builds like any other Tamiya kit. IE-excellent.
  17. Yes. Both lhd and rhd. But you have to fill the wiper holes in the cowl for either side not used.
  18. Generally, yes. Most model companies that aren't in the U.S., are more concerned with the car/truck actually looking like the subject than other mechanicals not as noticeable.
  19. Looks great Jon!
  20. WOW! I really did not expect all that ti fit under there! Maybe the scale difference saved you. This is awsome!
  21. Yea. They're molded in black. And look rather large.
  22. I agree about the front bumper. It looks like it might have been a separate part, that they decided to add to the body later on. There is an empty spot on one of the sprues for a part, that seems about the size of the bumper. Also the way the bumper and the body meet, look like it was set up to have been separate.
