My friend's Datsun ute is a street machine now. It has a Nissan Silvia turbo engine in it. It's a scary quick. So much for a lightweight vehicle. It scared me. Awesome.

Wow! I remember seeing this when you first started it. Awesome work. Revell or tamiya should hire you. I'm glad you stuck with it and got it done Shawn. Will be watching for the other 2. Cheers
Ben
I like how revell is doing the RHD and LHD dashes in their current releases. The only thing their forgetting is the windscreen wipers go the other way on RHD cars.

Hi Ken. Here's my build review.
There's a few issues with the kit like sink marks that I initially missed. I love this kit so much I've bought a second one. Looking forward to seeing how yours goes together. I'm about to do a buikd review on the Panamera 2. I'm liking the look of the 1/16 356 from revell too.
Ben
The Ford Gt Le Mans looks to be the pick of the litter to me. Don't mind the look of the Porsche 356 variants either. Looks like I'm spending money with Revell and Heller this year.

You're right. The A&N KW K200 sold out and is in back order. I still think if a current plastic big rig comes to market, it will sell. If the Drake KW K200 comes to market at $120 Australian, it's ahead already price wise of conversion kits.
Ben
Italeri done a great job on the Merccedes Benz Actros MP4. A Mack Anthem/Titan/granite or new KW produced to that standard would definitely be welcome. Shame about the Scania. Hopefully Drake comes through with their K200 KW and low loader. Drake has sent the prototypes back to China, so we might be in luck.
Ben
Not really that much of interest. I'll get the freightliners as base kits for Mack conversions from auslowe. But of a shame there's not a new American big rig. With the Volvo licensing, surely a Mack would be doable? Even Lego has done a Mack Anthem due to their licensing with Volvo.
