We have UPS here alongside numerous others. UPS are the only courier here that can't give a time slot to deliver and can't collect at all. -

Some more on the above kit build.. Test fitting the plastic wheels/tyres. The pins they mount on don't capture them so after sand on tyres and centres painted they will need to be glued on. I have had to do the same with the Bronco as again the method of mounting those wheels/tyres are by metal pins through the backing plates but they are not tight and fall off, so I've glued those as well. -
This looks really great! On my visits to Le Mans, the Corvettes are always the loudest of all. Stood on the banking half way round the 9 mile circuit you could hear them coming, when it was directly in front of you and even louder watching it pull away down the Mulsanne straight!

I bought a number of Heller kits and was on their forum, but as I couldn't speak French is was blocked! Our problem here is in the UK although Heller is in France/Holland most van kits are in excess of £40 plus shipping, OR buy them from various UK web shops at the higher price of perhaps £45! As a pensioner that's too much. -
The Revell kit here is one I'm starting to build, but... I knew I'd seen this Sandman somewhere else! I bought a resin kit from Scale Equipment years ago and this is it! Now doesn't this look similar!

Thanks Daniel, I'll give it a try. I still can't understand why we can't have three sets of wheels and proper rubber tyres. -

No Claude the wheels are one of those custom packs. I took the chrome off with oven cleaner, painted them grey and just wiped the Molotow chrome pen around the rims. -

I'm thinking of building this next.. So I've bought it into the kitchen to wash it. Not having opened the box since buying it in June I noticed straight away that only the Bronco has separate rubber tyres! The wheels/tyres for both the buggy and the trailer are all complete plastic mouldings, so having to paint the wheels that are combined with the tyres is very disappointing! -

Yes Tony the only number plate I could find, and yes again I had the monster too. I'll have to do some heavy research to see what paints I need to use for that one! -
One of many JF resin 'kits' I would like but shipping costs hinder progress. I bought this for my Christmas present this year. The 'kit' is a body shell an interior front to back and a long plate/chassis to mount the two axles on, plus a sheet of clear plastic for the windows. Included in the box was two radiator shells and two pairs of front and rear bumpers. They also sent a big of a mixture of resin skulls and Hot Wheels cast logo's! I had to raid various spares boxes for the interior and wheels/tyres, front and rear lights and marker lights, seats/steering column and steering wheel. I also left the drivers door window half open and added a windscreen wiper and sun visor/shade, rear drivers mirror and rear number plate. I cut out the closed resin rear windows and added rear window glass in those doors, and chequer plate on the rear bumper.

It's a pity they don't make these in either 1/24 or 1/25 as they look very interesting to build!

A Jimmy Flintstone 1954 Metro Van, recently shipped from the USA to here in the UK. The body is about finished, so bumpers front and rear and windows to measure, cut and fit, plus front light lenses.. Interior part done so just the 'chassis' to measure, axles and wheels/tyres to fit and then work out how it fits inside the body as there are no mounting points for it. This I understand depending on the ride height you want in the final look. From my large collection of spares I've found some small round clear lights to fit front and rear after adding clear red acrylic. Oh and I'm thinking about a front visor/sun shade and windscreen wiper. Update 27.10.2021..
