  1. Makes me think of a potential woke sci-fi blockbuster to be called Gesundheit 451, about the systematic tracking down and burning of any papers questioning the origins or handling of the flu-like ailment that can't be named, and the related drug efficacy and side effects.
  2. Spears in your eyes can ruin your close vision.
  3. Caution is often prudent, but excessive caution can be indistinguishable from cowardice.
  4. Nothin' like stirring the pot. Too bad the folks so in favor of electrifying everything seem to be incapable of doing the math, and realizing the grid cannot support a massive shift to EVs...IN ITS CURRENT STATE. And wind and solar ain't going to cut it for a LONG time, if ever. No "anger". Just physical reality...which is continually denied by people who really should know better.
  5. Line and proportion seem to have been largely forgotten in today's design-by-committee approach.
  6. Bowling For Soup presents a short film for your viewing pleasure.
  7. Another beauty. Most impressive.
  8. Chickadee soup with possum innards and acorns...mmm mmm good eatin'.
  9. I second that, but barring a Rolls Royce level of sound deadening...which adds weight...there's always going to be road rumble and wind noise. About the only human conveyance that approaches silence is this:
  10. I'm really looking forward to the woke remake of It's a Wonderful Life, with Whoopie Goldberg in the Jimmy Stewart role, and Harry Styles in the Donna Reed part.
  11. Kid gloves with string backs were once part of the sports-car driver's de rigueur apparel.
  12. Brother, in this egalitarian utopia of 2035, can you spare fifty bucks for a cup of coffee?
  13. Carolina beach music takes me back to summer surfing days.
  14. Another way to do "widebody" flares in this thread. Scroll down.
  15. Or just can't cook.
  16. Me too. Chrysler Corp. and Ghia built some real beauties that few people today are aware of. I'd buy these, but I'm probably a minority of one. It's interesting to note how many styling elements from the examples below made it to production vehicles, and not just those from Chrysler Corp.
  17. Singularly or in groups, never underestimate the awesome destructive power of stupid people.
  18. Morning coffee is the main reason I get up.
  19. Yeah, I'd buy a Vector kit. I really had high hopes for that company, but...
  20. Lacking knowledge rarely stops anyone from having an opinion.
  21. I find it works for some things, not so hot for others. Here's some more opinions... https://forum.mrhmag.com/post/mek-substitute-12194662 https://forum.mrhmag.com/post/mek-substitute-12189588 You can still get real MEK (the Weld-On products like 2354, or the old standby #3 and #4...now labeled SciGrip) online and shipped with no crazy-expensive hazmat shipping if you shop around, and you may be able to buy it from a local shop that fabricates plastic signs or displays. EDIT: A pint of the stuff runs about $30 shipped to your door now, higher that it was in the old hardware-store days, but still way cheaper than buying little bottles at the "hobby shop".
