  1. Yup. But it's no big deal. I never go anyway.
  2. Glad some guys find this useful. These are very much just scaled-down versions of real-car body hammers, much smaller, but still heavy enough to be useful for doing metal shaping on large-scale models. Get a leather shot-bag, you're pretty much set as far as basic hammer-shaping goes...though some small dollies would be muy helpful too.
  3. Another one that rates spectacular. Top notch. All the way. Fine, fine, fine.
  4. https://www.riogrande.com/article?name=FretzHammersUses
  5. How are they fixed on silver crosses, silver bullets, holy water, and wooden stakes?
  6. What happens when users don't read instructions...
  7. Or "what did you get today, non model related".
  8. Very kind offer, sir. I have a feeling I'll probably only end up using the body. But thanks.
  9. ^^^ Geez Ray...don't give the toilet-paper-crazed hoarding sheeple any ideas.
  10. Your photo of the old Alfa reminds me of a Pierson's Puppeteer engaged in introspection.
  11. It's not...but when I direct somebody to something I've done and posted, I also post the link. That's part of what makes me so universally loved here.
  12. Just snagged a fairly complete not-too-bad gluebomb one of these. Not something I'd ever lusted after, but it wanted me to buy it to do a kinda Mako Shark what-if M/SP car or early funny. This one's going to be fun.
  13. Dangity. I was expecting to see everything made out of toilet paper and empty hand-sanitizer bottles.
  14. Yeah...I just finished digging a hole in the back yard I can fall into when the time comes. Gonna spend the rest of the day building a counter-weighted dirt-dumper that fills the hole automatically.
  15. Check the real rules for the car class and year you're wanting to model. It will specify the roll-cage tubing diameter (somebody here will know, and will probably chime in). Divide that by 24 for 1/24 scale. Here's more related info:
  16. Beautifully clean, very realistic. Well photographed too.
  17. I routinely use sections of brass or steel straight-pins, or brass or ferrous wire. No problem finding small number drills that correspond to those sizes.
  18. Gorgeous. Looks like a factory-fresh real deal.
  19. Very nice. Always fascinating to see special-purpose truck builds.
  20. Beautiful truck. Really beautiful.
