You're 100% right Tom! "Different strokes for different folks!"

WOW!...First...I need to apologize to "Iceman" for opening this can of "Cackle Fest"! Second...when I tell you that what I have received is "absolutely fantastic"...I'm not kidden''! No hits...no runs...no errors! I, like probably most of you, do not build anything strait out of the box. In fact I "S-C" just about everything except the body and frame. So when I went looking for some modern motive power I settled on this kit, and the material that is used is different from what comes out of the Ukraine, and at $19.95 vs $40.00 plus...well $19.95 wins out every day! (Thanks "Iceman" for keeping such a fine product at a reasonable cost...and producing it in the U.S.!) I've been modeling for over 60yrs. Built everything from Doll-Houses & furniture, Military, trains in every scale, and for the past 36yrs dealt in the world of graphics for packaging (try dealing with skin tones in print...that'll put you over the edge!) The one thing that I have learned is that the human eye, and brain for that matter, can only percieve so much. So when you are at model car show/contest, and you are viewing a model you are at best three feet away. In 1:25th scale...that's seventy five feet! Now when you peer in closer you are still at least thirty six feet away. In looking at the photo's provided...you would have to be an inch away from the piece depicted to be able to find any flaw. Good luck with that! Bottom line...what I received is outstanding. Next time...invest the $19.95...and if it doesn't meet your standards...Don't do it again!

Okay...so probably a good portion of you guys know about "Icemancollections". "Iceman" belong to this group and produces some pretty nice builds, but what he produces for the aftermarket blows anything that I've seen out of the water! I recently purchased (from..unfortunately the worlds largest "hobby-shop"...Ebay!) two items for a future mild "pro-street". One was the "Edelbrock 5.0 Supercharged Coyote" (a 785HP beast) motor kit and a set of "K&N" filters to go along with it. Absolutely fantastic! I've attached a couple of photos taken from the Ebay listing. The photos are nice...but what I received was a whole lot nicer. Everything is crisp and on the money. Now if I can only figure out how to plumb this thing when I do get to the build! So go to his Ebay store and check him out...go today...because it looks like "Iceman" is cleaning out some parts that he's not going to be using, and there's some nice stuff up for auction. I've got an idea for putting one of the "Icemans" "LS" engines into an AMT '61 Buick Electra convertible! What do you guys think?

Very...Very Cool Claude! The interior looks fantastic! As does the whole car! -
Beautiful build Tom! Great color choice and the wire wheels look fantastic! I may need to order a set or two!
-
Awesome patina Charlie! I really like the "cowhide" seat cover! Why use good leather?....Great idea!

Very "clever" build Michelle! From picking up the groceries to stalking area "Area 51"...the '63 Nova wagon is your "go-to" vehicle! "See the U.S.A...and beyond...in a Chevrolet!"

Rusty...very traditional looking "Hot Rod"! I gave one of these to my eight year old Granddaughter for Christmas '19 and we put it together this past fall. I loved it so much that I went out and bought two more. I've got one on the bench as a "high boy". The other will be a full fendered cruiser. Can't wait to get back to it. I needed something to get me back to the bench...and this kit was the thing that I needed! Nice build!

Very cool build Jim! I love the color and your choice of wheels! Really nice!

ZZ 41: If Billy Gibbons dreamed of a 41 Lincoln Kustom

Claude...fantastic ingenuity and craftsmanship! A true "coach" built example in 1/25 scale! -
You can't get much "meaner looking" than this Christian. Nice job!
-
Gorgeous "Rivi" David! Beautiful color! The choice of the wires' with wide whites really makes this build stand out! If you're learning...you're learning fast!
-
Nice build Glen! Your kit-bashing skills realy paid off on the body and interior. The thing that I really like are the wheels. The Humpbacks are bulbous to begin with and the wheels keep within that look. Nice choice...they look good with the wide whites!
-
Beautiful custom Gerry! Nice color, and is that a "flamethrower" set up in the tailpipe?.... Nice addition!
-
Beautiful build Rusty! Nice choice on the later "Rally Wheels"...they look great on this!
-
Killer build Lin. I watched the videos. Outstanding craftsmanship! The added details like the rivets on the bumpers is what makes this build so realistic looking. Definately inspiring!
-
Turned out nice Jason. Love the "mags"! Sometimes walking away is just the thing! Ya gettin some snow up there?

Some how my previous post got messed up. Oh well..."old guy" what do you expect! Anyway. Really nice build Dave. Great choice on the engine, wheels and color. The green really looks good on this roadster, and is different from the usual choices.
