Mackvision replied to Superpeterbilt's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Nice score Sean! not being a "Ford Guy" I always thought the CL-9000 was a sharp truck,my next-door neighbor in Jersey actually drove one just like the box-art only it was a single sleeper..................................Mark -

Very cool Farmall! my Dad was leased to North American for a little over 40 years in their electronics division,me,I was with Atlas for 22 years,so the moving and storage industry is near and dear to me!.........................Mark Sean: And drom boxes were mostly used for what movers call "overflow" (what doesn't fit in the trailer) and a lot of "oddball" items (bicycles, patio furniture, garden tools etc.) every inch of room in a moving van counts,so there has to room for everything,if one truck has to leave something behind,it's money off the bill! many guys also used their droms for excess equipment Pads, dollies, hand trucks, packing materials etc. hope this answers your question.........................Mark

Sean, these AC Bulldog kits are a real joy to build (and I mean that in a non-sarcastic way) very well engineered, good fit/finish and really capture the 1:1 with minimal effort,i highly recommend them!.................................Mark -

I was wondering if anyone here has used this or a similar paintbooth? I lose so much modeling time over the winter (when I should be at the bench) due to not being able to paint. I am thinking of purchasing one of these units and wondered about pros-cons? or even worthwhile? opinions welcomed!.................................Mark

So how do you work on this?
Mackvision replied to Mike77's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
I have seen this truck at several shows and Leo is correct, the cab/sleeper are separate, the cab tilts as it usually would there is a boot between the two............................................Mark
