  1. Thats exactly what I wanted to see. the non 442 hood and plain cutlass grille. Need to do a replica of a friends old car . Just a plain old 350 2barrel cutlass convertible.
  2. same here. My builds are for my case alone and i cant see the chassis in the case
  3. WOW. Those tires and wheels are amazing. Are the tires kit pieces or aftermkt ? best of all its a sunliner,,,right up my ally .
  4. Yesterday the mail man dropped off my latest . And original issue SMP 1959 Corvette builtup. I ts had the goofy custom stuff glued to it but not real heavily and should clean up without to much effort. Best part it was pretty reasonable all things considered. Bonus was its in its original box .
  5. I was watching them both just for giggles. Had it stayed reasonable I was interested in the Johan. But it quickly got out of hand for me Odd part is , in the past 6 months another 1911 Chev kit sold for less than $250 I think. Its all about timing
  6. Looks good, Good colors and a nice stance I've built several of these,,,its One of my favorite kits to build
  7. For me personally, Needing an A pillar repaired and no idea if everything to build it is included. I would avoid it unless I needed it for parts or was dirt cheap . ( less than $20 delivered)
  8. A flat hood ,,,maybe it can be bought seperately http://www.timemachineresin.bravehost.com/moparkits.html
  9. even better would be if it came with the NON 442 hood ( at least for me anyway )
  10. Decent builders will bring anywhere from $30 to $80, all depends on condition , either way they are not terribly hard to find,,,just be patient.. When i sold the one I had maybe a year or so ago, It only brought maybe $50 . It had been built/painted but taken back apart and stripped . But was complete to build replica stock 71-72 are very similar.......... but 73-74 the body lines are no where close to earlier versions
  11. I keep wanting to pull the trigger on one on Ebay, But knowing it is / might be / supposed to be coming back out holds me back. This one is at the very top of my want to do list.,( I was born in 1959 )
  12. I know this was mentioned in a few other threads . But other than it was announced they were coming back out under Moebius box art. Anyone heard any updates as to when ?
  13. I'm curious. Would the cab portion have windows, or where they open to the elements Did I mention I like your diverse taste in subject matter ......
  14. WOW, I want to see more. Stepps cars were definitly the best looking back then What is this Citadel Boltgun ?
  15. I'd buy that kit,,,just for the box ,,maybe even build the car
  16. #8 Shelby 10 spokes ? if you want to unload #4 , I am interested
  17. ditto And btw, I am amazed at the speed you work
  18. SEM makes a vinyl paint in various shades of white and its in rattle cans . Once dry it has a realistic shine to it
  19. Love it, especially the stance I have one in the stash for a future build
  20. I have two 1960 Lincoln convertible bulitups. And currently looking for a 1959. I wish there was a 1958 in stryene,,,,But,,,,now that I know there is one available i might have to get a resin 58
