iamsuperdan Posted January 3, 2020 Posted January 3, 2020 As much as I like the Singer Porsches, there's just something about the Gunther Werks 993s that grabs me.

JollySipper Posted January 16, 2020 Posted January 16, 2020 JC, is there a list here on the board that lists all the 911 variants and why they're called what they are? Like, what makes a 993 different from a 911? May be a dumb question, but I love a nice Porsche and would like to know more about them....... Thanks!

TJ, I made such a list over on Motorsport Modeling, here is the link. http://race-car-models.proboards.com/thread/1188/porsche-911-nomenclature
Gramps46 Posted January 16, 2020 Posted January 16, 2020 Thanks for adding the link to the list JC. It is very useful.

89AKurt Posted March 12, 2020 Posted March 12, 2020 I saw that on Fakebook, forgot to figure out how to share, thanks JC. I'm amazed at how much effort to redo everything, such as the taillights.
Codi Posted March 13, 2020 Posted March 13, 2020 Love this thread as I've said before and always enjoy the newest posts. Thanks JC, tim

I showed Dad one of Bisi's videos for this car and he wasn't the least bit shocked that he can only get 140miles out of a charge instead of the 180 miles he wants. The way Bisi talked about that instant torque then giggle everytime he dropped hammer and the car rocketed off. Edited April 6, 2020 by Joe Handley
